How can I block an account I don't have access to?

We can help with that as long as the account has your real information that can be used to prove you're the owner.

Please send us a request to block your old account. Be sure to include any information you know about the account and confirm your identity with the following images:

• Photo of your document (e.g., passport, driving license, birth certificate)
• Photo of you in front of your request (i.e. near the screen displaying your request)

This is necessary to be sure that you're the real account owner. Attaching pictures other than these won't help you block the account.

Important! If you have access to an account, you can delete it yourself.
