"When we first started this project it was to be a small project to replace a few tiles and grout. It turned into a much larger project because the water had gotten into the drywall and the basin of the shower. He was able to re-quote the pricing two times as he kept on digging further into the project. His pricing was given on the spot and was reasonable he did the job in a timely fashion doing extra work that was needed in order to make sure that we had a shower that we could use now and in the future without water going into the floor and walls. I would definitely hire him again and plan on doing so for any further projects needed. He is so professional and courteous and very honest."

"We had a challenging and highly technical 12x16 TREX deck re-leveling (repair) and refinish project that some other contractors declined to take on or quoted me absolutely ridiculous amounts. After moving a header board and re-leveling the joists, the TREX was completely removed and replaced with a new color scheme and new TREX railings with cocktail rail. After a miscommunication with a local TREX deck supply company resulting in a minor delay due to the unique color combination, the final product was worth the wait. Kyle B. from Marco Construction was as meticulous and detail-oriented as I would have been in ensuring that this deck was finished looking exactly how I envisioned it from the beginning. Only pictures do this project justice, but I cannot upload them to HomeAdvisor with this review. The actual construction time was very reasonable and much less than the month. The final cost was a little higher than the original quote, but not out of the question due to the additional framing, header, and deck board installs work required to build the deck as I envisioned it. I would absolutely recommend them for future jobs. - Ryan"

Cleaned up after themselves, like they had never been there. Replaced the washer and dryer without scratching the newly installed tiles. Overall, did a excellent job. I will use them when I al ready to install my laminate flooring in other rooms."

"My tenant of 7 years moved out two months ago, so I hired HK Construction to install new toilet, bathroom vanity, light fixtures, faucets, and kitchen cabinets. Peter was very knowledgeable and his customer service was great! He took before and after pictures for me, and he went above and beyond for my service requests by checking to make sure water is not leaking from all faucets in the house, fixing the chips on the wall and doors, and fixing the blinds with no extra charge! His price was very reasonable and the service was superb for the price! He was great communicating any issues he identified while working on site and he was very flexible with my schedule.
