Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer

Steve Rendle is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer at VF Corporation. He has more than 35 years of experience in the specialty outdoor and action sports industry, more than half of which have been with VF.

Steve was appointed CEO in January 2017 and then Chairman of VF’s Board of Directors in October 2017. Prior to being named CEO, he was President and Chief Operating Officer, overseeing all of VF's business coalitions worldwide: Outdoor and Action Sports, Jeanswear, Imagewear and Sportswear. He also was responsible for VF's Global Supply Chain and Direct-to-Consumer platforms.

Prior to becoming President and COO, Steve was Senior Vice President, Americas, and was responsible for driving strategies to support VF's continued growth in its Americas-based businesses. Previously, Steve spent three years as Group President, Outdoor and Action Sports Americas, leading VF's Outdoor and Action Sports businesses in North and South America. He also served as President of VF's Outdoor Americas coalition, where he oversaw The North Face®, JanSport®, Eagle Creek® and lucy® brands, as well as business development for the coalition.

Steve began his VF career with The North Face in 1999 and shortly afterward was promoted to Vice President of Sales, where he worked to reshape the business' sales organization, product and marketing strategies, and go-to-market model. In 2004, Steve was appointed President of The North Face brand, a role he held for seven years. Under Steve’s leadership, the brand expanded globally and experienced considerable growth from $483 million in 2004 to $1.6 billion in 2011.

Before joining The North Face, Steve held leading sales management roles at Youngone Corporation and at W.L. Gore and Associates.

Steve serves on the Board of Directors of Best Buy and the Retail Industry Leaders Association. He is a founding board member of the Outdoor Industry Association's Outdoor Foundation and has served in an advisory capacity to Bainbridge Graduate Institute where he provided insight into its creation of a Master of Business Administration program with a focused concentration on sustainability. In 2018, Steve was named CEO of the Year by Corporate Responsibility Magazine for his progressive environmental, social and governance agenda.

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Washington.

Matt Puckett is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for VF Corporation. He has 20 years of finance experience at VF. He was appointed CFO in 2021.

As a principal architect of the company’s financial strategy for delivering sustainable, profitable growth for its shareholders, Matt oversees: Finance, Accounting, Investor Relations, Corporate Development, Treasury, Tax, Financial Planning and Analysis, and Corporate Aviation. 

Matt joined VF in 2001 as a Senior Accountant in the Finance organization. Throughout the following decade, he held a series of finance roles with increasing responsibility, including as CFO of VF’s Sportswear Coalition, which comprised the Nautica® and Kipling® brands.

Immediately following VF’s 2011 acquisition of the Timberland® brand, Matt was appointed CFO of Timberland® and helped to guide the brand’s successful integration into VF. In 2015, he was named CFO of VF International, a role that took Matt to VF’s European headquarters in Stabio, Switzerland, where he was responsible for all aspects of financial management, including strategic planning, annual budgeting and forecasting, and reporting and analysis for VF’s international businesses across the EMEA and Asia Pacific regions. Matt returned to the U.S. in 2019 and served as Vice President, Global Financial Planning and Analysis, before being appointed CFO.   

Prior to joining VF, Matt held finance roles for companies in the furniture industry. 

Matt earned a degree in accounting from the University of Virginia at Wise where he graduated magna cum laude.

Cameron Bailey is Executive Vice President, Global Supply Chain at VF Corporation. He has more than 25 years of manufacturing and operations management experience.

Currently, he is responsible for the oversight of all aspects of VF's global supply chain, including manufacturing, sourcing and operations, as well as leadership of the 23,000 associates working across VF’s supply chain worldwide.

Prior to his current role, Cameron served as VF’s Vice President, Supply Chain – Global Product Supply, with responsibility for the direct and indirect procurement of all materials and the manufacturing of all products for VF’s diverse portfolio of brands.

Cameron began his VF career in 1989. Over the following 20 years, he held multiple manufacturing and operations management roles within VF’s Intimates Apparel business. He continued with the Intimates Apparel business through its divestiture by VF to Fruit of the Loom, a division of Berkshire Hathaway, holding a series of supply chain leadership roles with increasing responsibility, including serving as Senior Vice President of Product Development and Sourcing. Cameron returned to VF in 2016 and has since played a vital role in the company’s global supply chain organization.

Cameron has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of West Florida.

Kevin Bailey is Executive Vice President and President, APAC Region and Emerging Brands at VF Corporation. He has more than 25 years of brand leadership and retail experience, 13 of which have been with VF.

In his current role, Kevin is responsible for leading VF’s Asia-Pacific regional platform, which includes the ongoing development and management of capabilities that enable the success of all VF brands operating in APAC. He also oversees VF’s Emerging Brands platform, and is responsible for the Altra®, Eagle Creek®, JanSport® and Smartwool® brands on a global basis.

Prior to this role, Kevin served as President of VF’s Action Sports and Outdoor/Action Sports, Canada, Mexico and Central/South America businesses, and he held responsibility for the Vans, Eagle Creek and Reef® brands. He previously served as President of Vans from 2009 to 2016, during which time revenue for the brand more than doubled to $2.2 billion. Kevin started his VF career at Vans as Vice President of Retail, a role he was in when Vans was acquired by VF in 2004.

He has held a number of leadership roles throughout his career. Kevin was Executive Vice President of Lucky Brand, a division of Fifth and Pacific, and served as Director of Retail Operations for Nike, where he was responsible for overseeing Nike’s direct-to-consumer businesses. Earlier in his career, Kevin held various retail operations and marketing roles with Early Learning Centres, Banana Republic and American Eagle Outfitters.

Kevin attended the University of Vermont and Rutgers University.

Velia Carboni is Executive Vice President and Chief Digital and Technology Officer at VF Corporation. She has more than 20 years of experience in leadership roles.

Currently, Velia is responsible for the integration of world-class digital capabilities across all aspects of the company’s business, including VF, its brands and functions globally. In addition, she leads the company’s digital strategies to create meaningful connections and experiences for consumers and drive growth across all consumer touch points. Velia also oversees VF’s Analytics function.

Velia joined VF in early 2018, following a 24-year career at Fidelity Investments where she held a series of leadership roles. Velia most recently served as Senior Vice President, Mobile and Emerging Platforms for the company’s Personal Investing/Retail Division, where she oversaw the strategy and development of mobile apps for smartphones, tablets, wearables and emerging platforms, among others, and helped lead the company’s Mobile First digital experience. With a keen focus on innovation, Velia helped identify and address new digital trends by creating scalable, customer-centric experiences and capabilities for new platforms.

Previously Velia was Vice President, Mobile at Fidelity where she led all facets of mobile product development and expanded the company’s mobile program offerings, including building a mobile program for the company’s retail division. From 1993 to 2006, she also held positions in product management, finance and business analysis during her tenure with Fidelity. She began her career with Bull HN Information Systems, Inc., in 1992.

Velia has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Boston University. Velia is a member of the Forbes Technology Council.

Anita Graham is Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer and Public Affairs at VF Corporation. She has more than 20 years of leadership experience.

Currently, she is responsible for leading all aspects of human resources across VF globally, including developing integrated programs to support the company's strategy, business plans and objectives. Anita also oversees VF’s Public Affairs initiatives, which include Corporate Communications, Government Relations, Community Relations and the VF Foundation.

Anita joined VF in January 2014. Previously, she served as Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources and Administration Officer at ADT Corporation, where she led the HR, Environment, Health and Safety, and Corporate Communications functions. Prior to that, she was Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer at Shire plc, an industry leader among worldwide specialty biopharmaceutical companies.

Anita holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University.

Martino Scabbia Guerrini is Executive Vice President and President of the EMEA Region for VF Corporation. He has 30 years of experience in the lifestyle apparel and fashion industries.

In his current role, Martino is responsible for overseeing VF’s business operations in the EMEA Region as well as the Timberland®, Napapijri®, Kipling®, Eastpak® and icebreaker® at a global level.

His VF career began in 2006 when he joined the company as President of the Sportswear coalition in EMEA, overseeing the Napapijri, Kipling and Nautica® brands. Over time he expanded the scope of his responsibilities, adding oversight of the Eastpak brand in 2008, 7 for All Mankind® in 2009, and the Lee® and Wrangler® brands in 2013. He also was responsible for the VF’s Sportswear, Jeanswear and Contemporary brands in the EMEA region until April 2017 when he was appointed President, VF Corporation, EMEA.

Prior to VF, Martino was Board Advisor at Opera SA Equity Fund, and for many years he held several executive-level roles at Tod’s Group and Stone Island. He began his career at Virgin Group. Committed to mentoring and teaching younger generations, for the last 10 years he has given lectures in the postgraduate programs at Domus Academy Milan (Fashion), Polytechnic University of Milan (Industrial Design) and Luiss University of Rome (Economics).

Martino holds a master’s degree in Economics and Political Science from the Universita Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Milan, Italy, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.

Craig Hodges is Vice President, Corporate Affairs and Communications at VF Corporation. He has 20 years of experience in corporate communications.

Craig is responsible for all aspects of communications that help to promote and protect VF’s reputation, including public relations, crisis and issues management, executive visibility, VF’s digital and social channels, and corporate sponsorships and advertising. He leads internal communications strategies that align VF’s 50,000 associates to the company’s strategy, and helps to manage VF’s relationships with key stakeholders, industry associations, community organizations and elected officials.

Prior to joining VF, Craig worked for Michelin where he led external communications for the tire company’s North America region. He developed communications programs that supported the corporate brand and its multiple tire and mobility businesses and enabled the company’s long-term growth strategy and objectives.

Craig began his career as a consultant working for leading global communications agencies. He worked in the Atlanta offices for MSL Group and later Edelman, the world’s largest independent strategic communications firm. At both companies, he led communications and public affairs initiatives that supported clients ranging from Fortune 100 consumer goods and financial services companies to mid-sized management consulting firms.

Craig earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations from the University of Tennessee. He is a member of the Arthur W. Page Society and an accredited member of the Public Relations Society of America.

Laura Meagher is Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at VF Corporation. She has been practicing corporate law for more than 20 years.

Currently, Laura is responsible for VF's Legal function, including compliance with securities laws, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate law and corporate governance, and intellectual property law and litigation.

She joined VF in 2004 as Assistant General Counsel. Prior to being named to her current position in May 2012, she served as VF's Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, where she provided expertise on securities laws, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance matters, as well as providing legal oversight for VF's Outdoor and Action Sports and Contemporary Brands coalitions. Laura also served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Allen Telecom Inc. She began her career at Benesch, Friedlander, Coplan and Aronoff in Cleveland, Ohio, where she served as an attorney specializing in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and commercial lending.

Laura received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and English Literature from Washington University in St. Louis. She earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Case Western Reserve University, where she graduated magna cum laude. Laura was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1989 and the North Carolina Bar in 2005.

Susie Mulder is Global Brand President of Timberland®. She is responsible for driving the brand’s core strategic priorities related to product diversification across footwear and apparel, and a consumer-led, retail-centric, digital-first approach.

Susie joined VF Corporation in April 2021 from clothing brand NIC+ZOE where she served as CEO for nine years. During her tenure as CEO, Susie guided NIC+ZOE’s continued revenue growth through expansion into new points of distribution in the U.S. and internationally and launched the brand’s direct-to-consumer efforts via e-commerce and its owned stores.

Before serving as CEO of NIC+ZOE, Susie was a partner at global management consulting firm McKinsey & Company where she was a leader in the global retail and consumer goods practice for 15 years.

Susie has deep experience in corporate boardrooms. She is a Board Member at the Kraft Heinz Company where she serves on the Audit and Nominating and Governance Committees. She is also a Board Member of Sally Beauty Holdings where she serves on the Executive Committee and other committees. In addition, Susie is a member of the Philanthropic Board of Advisors for the Boston Children’s Hospital.

Originally from Montréal, Canada, Susie is a graduate of McGill University’s Faculty of Management where she was a University Scholar. She also holds an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School.

Steve Murray is Global Brand President of The North Face®. He has more than 30 years of experience in the apparel and footwear industry.

In this role, Steve is responsible for driving the growth of The North Face® brand globally by setting the strategy for the brand across all aspects of the business.

Steve was previously President of the Americas Region for VF Corporation, providing oversight for the regional platforms serving all brands operating in the Americas Region (U.S., Canada, Mexico). He was also responsible for overseeing The North Face®, Smartwool®, Altra®, JanSport® and Eagle Cree™ at the global level.

Earlier in his career, Steve was President of Vans® following VF’s acquisition of the brand in 2004, during which time many of the Vans foundational strategies were established and annual revenue for the brand tripled to approximately $1 billion. In 2009, Steve was appointed President of VF’s Action Sports coalition, where he was responsible for overseeing Vans, Reef and Pro-Tec.

A British citizen, Steve left VF in 2010, moving back to his native UK, before re-joining the company in April 2018.

Steve has held several leadership roles with iconic youth brands. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Airwair International (Dr. Martens) and was responsible for leading the company’s transformation from a manufacturing-led, family business to a consumer-focused, private equity-backed, global retailer.

He also served as Global Brand President, Urban Outfitters and EMEA President for Deckers Brands. Earlier in his career, Steve was the Global Head of Apparel for Reebok International.

Doug Palladini is Global Brand President of Vans ® and veteran of the action sports + youth culture industries with more than 30 years of leadership across marketing, sales and product.

Doug was appointed to his current role in July 2016 and oversees the strategic direction of Vans’ global business, while enabling regional teams to develop and deliver local strategies to drive continued worldwide growth.

A long-time leader within the Vans brand , Doug has held various roles at VF. From 2004 through 2014, he served as Vans' global marketing leader. In May 2013, he was appointed as the Vice President General Manager of North America, where he was responsible for building Vans’ U.S, Mexico and Canada strategy, leading wholesale sales, owned retail, product merchandising, and marketing for the brand’s largest region.

Doug’s long history and deep connection to Vans’ brand pillars of music, art, street culture and action sports have led to many industry-leading marketing programs, including the development and launch of House of Vans, Vans’ vibrant social media community, and the creation of Vans’ global digital video platforms.

Doug has produced award-winning television for Fox and its networks, as well as feature films such as Pipeline Masters. He was theexecutive producer of the Vans Warped Tour documentary, No Room for Rock Stars, and Los Punks: We Are All We Have. Doug is also the author of the Vans tell-all coffee table book,“Off the Wall: Stories of Sole from Vans Originals.”

Doug earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from San Diego State University.

David Wagner is Executive Vice President, Global Strategy & Venture Platforms at VF Corporation. He has more than 15 years of experience in a variety of strategy positions.

In his current role, David is responsible for leading VF’s strategy and corporate ventures functions. He and his team work closely with VF’s business unit leaders to articulate and drive progress against VF’s strategy, and to support VF brand and portfolio growth across multiple time horizons. David oversees VF’s business model incubator, Venture Foundry, and VF’s close strategic relationship with BaseLayer Ventures.

Prior to this role, David served as Executive Vice President, Global Strategy & Growth Platforms from 2019-2021, Vice President, Corporate Strategy from 2017-2018, and as Vice President, Strategy & Integrated Planning from 2013-2017. From 2010 to 2014, he was Vice President of Strategy for VF International in the company’s Lugano, Switzerland office. In Europe, he established the strategy and insights functions for VF EMEA and supported the development of VF’s Asia strategy capability. David has been with the company since 2006 in a variety of strategy positions with increasing responsibilities.

Prior to joining VF, David worked in private equity for Bank of America Capital Investors and as a consultant for McKinsey and Co.

He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa and with Highest Distinction, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School.
