Mr. Lopez was were friendly, punctual, and professional. I actually got same day service on my dryer repair which I greatly appreciated! He took the time to explain what was wrong with the dryer and showed me what type of part he needed. Unfortunately, he did not have the part needed on his truck but he did locate one and worked around my work schedule to return and put the part on ASAP. I also feel the pricing was reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

The technician was on time and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my washer and ordered the needed part. Once the part arrived, he replaced it, and made certain the washer was now working properly. I have had no problems with it since and I would recommend them to anyone for their needed repairs.

Isaac was prompt, courteous, professional. He got right to it. He diagnosed the issue with the washer. No repair was needed but did check out the dryer & ordered a fan belt for it. The washer& dryer are 1985 Maytags. Understood why fan belt size was not on his truck. Will definitely hire him again!
