Our experience with Reliable was nothing short of excellent from the very first call to schedule the estimate through completion of the new drainage system we had put in. We contacted them for a free inspection of our basement and are amazed by their unbelievable skills to find out the hidden spots causing so many problems in our primary drainage system. I had an amazing experience with Basement Waterstoppers. I contacted them to have two downspouts buried, connected, and ran out away from my house where the water would come up through a drainage bubbler pot. Frank came out to my house and thoroughly explained what the process would be. He was extremely professional, took measurements, and sketched up a layout. Frank send me a quote by days end, I booked the job, and they got me scheduled ASAP. The price was right where I wanted to be and was in the ballpark of the other bids I received. The crew that came out to do the work were very professional as well! They did great work, followed the measurements and sketch perfectly, which I needed do to my HOA requirements. After they installed everything, they did a great job putting the sod back down, removing excess dirt, and cleaning up. I could not be happier with the work they did! I highly recommend Basement Waterstoppers, Frank, and the entire crew that did the work!

Roger quickly responded to my call and we scheduled a time to come out and look at one of our basement cracks that had been highlighted in our home inspection. He was professional and thoughtful. I was quoted a very competitive price on the fix and his work comes with a lifetime warranty for the house that is transferrable. I'm a new homeowner and had lots of questions, but he responded in a knowledgeable and non-judgemental way. I highly recommend him for any waterproofing needs!

I had Basement Buddies come and resolve my issue with water in my crawlspace. They came and installed the needed drain tile and corrected the sump pit, and sealed the walls and floor. They did a great job. The guys were really nice and the price was very reasonable.

I had 4 estimates and I went with Seepage Seal. They were honest, and didn't try and sell me something I didn't need. Their work was very good. They fixed the cracks in my foundation and cemented my crawlspace. I am very happy with the work and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank You for your great work.
