"This was the most pleasant experience I have incurred working with Alfredo who is the owner of the Sandoval drywall. I had to replace a 28’ wall with new insulation and sheetrock. The whole job, with initial tear down and the new install went, as smoothly as one can imagine. He and his associate showed up on time every day. The workmanship was as good as it can get. The sheetrock finish as smooth as a baby’s face. In addition, I had a cement foundation bottom that needed to flow smoothly into the wall. Alfredo managed to customize the sheetrock to cover it, and now I wish I could include a picture on how beautiful the completed job looks. Also, I had wood molding everywhere that had to be removed and put back again. That was also done in precise manor with every minute detail covered. Overall, a great job at very reasonable cost. Drywall Uses
The uses for drywall are virtually unlimited so long as your application requires the need for a flat, rigid, and smooth surface. It can be cut to various dimensions and can be purchased in different sizes with the most common being 4 ft x 8 ft. Thickness of the sheets can also vary, but the most common thicknesses being mass produced are between 3/8 inch and 1/2 inch. Thicker sheets may be used in situations where the screws or nails used for fastening may be farther apart due to the distance between studs.
