We hired New Design Construction for a major project including adding two upstairs rooms, changing the roof line, expanding a bathroom, adding wood floors, moving interior stairs, residing the house, adding a porch and garage, and moving a driveway. We recommend United Residential Builders with 5-stars! Their professionalism, creative design and quality of work were outstanding. Our project included a complete kitchen remodel, hardwood floors throughout the first floor and a basement buildout including bedroom, kitchenette, rec room and bathroom. A major part of the kitchen remodel was the demolition of a 80s style brick cooktop/stove area and inserting a significant/primary LVL beam to provide an open-concept kitchen with an island. The open kitchen is beautiful!!! Being an engineer I was concerned about the significant structure change to the core of the house. But the owner of URB, Aiman, did an outstanding job of explaining and designing the support structure. I felt very comfortable with his knowledge and experience. Aiman was extremely helpful in the design of the project and provided ideas, options and tradeoffs. Aiman (the owner) and Mo (the PM) were on-site often to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. They were flexible in last-minute changes that I requested and the outcomes were fantastic. They were able to complete the project just before my daughters college graduation party and the guests were impressed. Eventhough the project took longer than expected and some additional costs were incurred due to the original house condition, overall it was a great experience with United Residential Builders and I would recommend them with high marks!

ArmorGuard coating on a new garage: David and the team were great to work with. He was so helpful with his recommendations. With the current price of lumber and materials, I wanted to protect the new garage floor for years to come. They recommended coating the apron area outside the garage for extra protection and I am so glad I did this. The also provided a protective coating over the cement area going into the side door. Super happy with the results and service.

Very satisfied with the entire process.
I had great all around experience from everyone. The sales rep took his time explaining the process, showing samples and providing an immediate cost estimate. The tech crew showed up as scheduled and did a professional job prepping, coating & sealing the garage floor with a great product that looks fantastic. I highly recommend Stronghold Floors.
