Unlike many other contractors we've hired, Hernan was on site every day to make sure things were going well. He was very receptive to constructive feedback and requests for minor deviations. Hernan and the Sales Rep, Scott were extremely helpful in finding us solutions to the nationwide supply shortage. Transblue is absolutely one of the best contractors we have ever hired, and we plan to bring them back for future projects.

Hands down the easiest team I've ever worked with. Mackie came out and checked what was needed after I sent some pictures and within a few days, he had someone out here to fix our issue. Hands-down best experience Iâ ve had with a contractor. I've used D&A twice now â the first time to repair the concrete steps leading up to my front door, the second time to install a backyard patio. For the first project, D&A was the only company willing to come out for a small job (Iâ d called like ten beforehand whoâ d all said no). I'd had old, rusty railings removed and new ones installed, there were holes and cracks in the concrete where the old rails had come loose, and the steps were badly rust-stained. D&A repaired them, power-washed them, scraped away all the hardened piles of concrete patcher the previous owner had left behind, and left them looking brand-new. I had them back nine months later to install my patio and itâ s gorgeous. We talked through all the options within my budget, and in the end I opted for a rectangular concrete patio with pea gravel finish, curved brick border, and brick diamond center. D&A also repaired and power-washed the concrete stoop and brick steps that lead from my back door down to my new patio so that they look new too. AND, because they finished ahead of schedule, they even installed a little wooden door with a latch for me, to cover the opening to my stoop (so that now I can store my lawnmower and other tools underneath the stoop, out of sight)! I couldnâ t be happier with the final result both times â definitely exceeded expectations, and for a very fair price.

Very happy with Alfa! They removed an old deck and brick area and replaced with stamped concrete, seating walls, and stone steps - with lights on the walls and steps. It looks amazing. We also really like the team - Ernesto was very knowledgeable when helping design our project, and our project lead Jaime and his crew did an awesome job. Highly recommend!

I originally contacted J&F to have them repair my brick wall. I expanded the project to build a flagstone patio and to repair and reroof my garden shed. They did an outstanding job in completing all 3 projects quickly and with no surprises. After four years of planning, we finally made the decision to go with Custom Stonescaping in February 2022. Custom was flexible enough to give us a handful of quotes over that timeframe as our project changed in size and design before we were able to make a final decision. We had two front flagstone pathways installed as well as a bi level back patio. Crews came on time and were very efficient and organized, and maintained a high attention to detail, which was a reflection of their great skills and experience working together on past projects. In addition to basic patio and walkway design, Jeff Reynolds (CEO and Founder) helped us to understand how to add additional drainage features to the project so that it would work well with our graded lot, tie into our existing gutter system and push the water as far away from the house as possible. Our projects involved all three exterior doorways, and it was fantastic that the crews were so accommodating with us coming and going during the project between working from home and sending kids to and from school. We only had one small adjustment during the project that needed to be made and Custom modified it to our liking immediately the next day. In addition to the overall care and project management from Jeff, two things positively unique to our experience with Custom compared to other companies weâ ve worked with on other projects are that the crews cleaned up the work sites each day- including hosing down walkways and the driveway from mud and debris (not just at the end) and the multiple person crews worked hard each day without any idle time standing around between tasks aside from official breaks. We are fairly experienced in sourcing and reviewing quotes from various home improvement companies and we would absolutely recommend Custom Stonescaping hands down. A competitive price for excellent work and we will look them up again if we have a future need.

The project manager is easy to communicate with and prompt in responding, they also started the work as scheduled and cleaned up everything. The only issue I have is the color I chose didnâ t match the finished product, I contacted the company about it and explained that when it is fully dry, the true color will surface. I hope so.
