    They did good work for us last year so we decided to hire them again. An appointment was set up for November 18 from 3-5 pm. Those were the only hours we could have the work done. On November 17, Wolfman called and wanted to confirm the appointment for November 18 but for an early morning time frame. They were unable to stick to their original, agreed upon schedule and they also couldn't provide a suitable make-up date. There was no explanation given. We will be going to another, more reliable company

    Called the company based on great reviews on Angie's List and got a call back within five minutes. The company came the very next day and showed me why my air vents needed to be replaced rather than cleaned. They were moldy with fiberglass coating. Work was scheduled for a week later and the two day project went very well. It was followed up by a clean up of the vent covers and walls as well as excellent customer service on a follow up issue of vibration in the ceiling from a furnace imbalance. All the staff were wonderful and very focused on great customer service. Thank you

    Excellent. My experience with Texas Air Quality started with calling and the phone answered by Ana. She was professional and ready to answer my questions. She followed up with assurance that her technician was going to be wearing cover slippers over his shoes and he was going to follow Covid guidelines. Ana also said her technician was going to be wearing a shirt identifying he worked for Texas Air Quality. Now the technician. He came in to work, he did not break anything. He was careful and he was very neat. His equipment was not dirty and he did not disturb my household. He told me where he was going to start in the house and he did not stop until he was finished. I like everything about my experience with Texas Air Quality. I am pretty picky. I will hire Texas Air Quality again and I suggest you give them a try.

    They were there to repair my propane fireplace. They came out and were looking at some of the wiring to repair the igniter however, after they were finished the ignitor was still not lighting. I know it is getting gas, because I can light the fireplace using a lighter. The contractor did not seem to know what he was doing and what he did do did not have any effect on the outcome
