No access on mobile data

Can only access App Store when phone is connected to WIFI. No access when it’s on mobile data. (Before you ask) Mobile data has already been allowed for App Store in Settings. Please check and fix.

Good app

Hello my experiences with the apple store is that I bought the Apple pen nibs and two iPhone XRs and it works really well I even had my Apple Pay pen inscribed with my name and it was a delivered really quickly relatively speaking. I enjoyed my experiences although the store interface can change so it looks much better. I enjoyed it very much

Poor consumer rights protection

Shopping online from this app is the worst shopping experiences ever. I ordered the Hermes watch strap 40mm in pink somehow when I choose the other colour the app redirect to 44mm in blue instead. When payment made I realised the order is wrong however it cannot be amended , no exchange (when the product still with Apple) or refund. The only way is that you got to give up the order and pay 15% of your product price as services charge. Apple hotline stuff not helpful at all, keep emphasis its apple policy. No protection to shop here at all.
