    We do the pool service ourselves. They are a locally-owned business that’s more geared towards homeowners with pools and spas. There are a couple of other places in town that cater more to hotels and large public pools. They don't tend to be as easy to work with. The people from Patio Pleasures are fine and easy to work with. They understand the backyard pool aspect and all the issues that come with it. They are good people. They show up when they're called if we have a maintenance issue. They are really honest. We once thought we had an issue and it turned out there wasn't one. They didn't charge us for coming out to take a look. They have a main store from where they carry out service, and another store on the west side of Madison which is more for retail items. That's where we go. Anytime we have an issue they would call us to the main store, and they would come out to do the service. I had compared their prices online, and I think it's pretty comparable

    I cannot say enough good things about patio pleasures. The whole shopping experience from start to finish was a pleasure. They have two stores one in Sun Prairie and one in Madison and we went to Madison. Our Customer service rep was Kim (a male) who could not have been more knowlegable and courteous. We first looked at new hot tubs but decided to start with a good refurbished used one. Patio Pleasures completely service used tubs and offer a warranty which I could not find elsewhere. We chose an eight seater Sun Dance Optima for $3500 (new ones are around $8000-$10000. Patio Pleasures set it up and we love it. We did have a pump go within the warranty period and the owner of the company actually came out within a day and replaced it for me. If you need a hot tub look no further than this company. We will be using this company exclusively as they are fair when pricing, very friendly and a pleasure to work with

    He was expensive. The salesman was Ryan. He was outstanding. He was so kind. He worked with us to give us a discount. We thought the work would be done sooner, but it got pushed back and he was very flexible. He kept the hot tub during the summer, until it was ready to come in the winter. It appears to be working now

    Pool was in bad shape, he brought it back to life and continued with a weekly service.Reliable pool is exactly that RELIABLE! He explained the functions since we are first time pool owners, who are also back and forth from our current home in Wisconsin. Can't say enough, we've had no problems and he's been great for us. I contacted Reliable Pool for service after reading a review on Angie's List. We were in the same situation as the reviewer and we ended up with the same results-FANTASTIC! I highly reccommend! You can be assured of reliable and trustworthy "pool sitting"

    It went very well! It took two visits. On the first, diagnostic, visit, the man said that with the leaking pipe in question might be very hard to reach the spot of the leak, and consequently quite expensive. I said that nevertheless the pipe had to be fixed. Imagine my pleasure when I got home the day of the repair job and the men said that they had been lucky and the repair was relatively easy to reach. It was my first contracted work with Farwell after having been associated with other local pool companies, and I was impressed
