  Excellent! So very professional. Cooperation from all involved from salesperson to installers. Many samples in showroom that are large , maybe 3 ft x 4 ft. Not just a little 3 inch x 4 inch like other companies. Plus sample can be put down on showroom floor so you can really see what it looks like on the floor. On top of that they priced out about $1000 less than a company that advertises in tv about how inexpensive they are. The installers work for Britts, they are not some subcontractor that other companies hire that come from who knows where and who may never have installed a floor before. The installers know what they are doing because they do it all the time for the same company. Britts has been in business in gwinnett county for as long as I can remember. The reason they have been successful is because they do an excellent job. I recommend them to everybody I know. <br /
