The sales representative and installation crew were fantastic! They provided excellent customer service and we're on time. The front office staff could use some help. The staff in Finance do not seem knowledgeable about the finance contracts. Also, receptionist hung up on me trying to transfer my calls a couple of times.

I highly recommend Matthew Wright and his company Roof Expert. I had a huge oak tree fall and damage our house while we were on vacation in Florida. Matthew went over right away and gave me a complete rundown of the damage over the phone and quickly boarded up a busted out window so that we wouldn't have any additional weather damage to the interior of the house. He took a ton of detailed pictures for me and sent them to me right away so that I could have a better understanding of the damage to the house, roof and chimney. He also helped work with the tree company to get things moving along while we were in FL. Matthew made sure to meet with me as soon as we got back to go over everything he found that was damaged.
He worked directly with my insurance company to make sure that everything would be repaired to original or better condition. He was super responsive to any of my inquiries and was always ready to give updates when needed.
What really set him apart was that he personally came over late one evening to help me install a motion sensor light on the corner eve of my house since I didn't have a ladder tall enough and I don't do well with heights. This didn't have anything to do with the tree falling and he took time out of his own personal life to lend a helping hand. He also made a second trip over to help mend a gutter that had started to fall off and that too had absolutely nothing to do with the tree damage.
I can't recommend Matthew Wright and Roof Expert enough. His always friendly and can do attitude and his attention to detail made me feel like I was his most important customer. Thank you very much Matthew for all of your hard and professional work!
