Great job replacing skylight and repairing shingles on roof. No more leaks. This compay was 1 of 2 companies that responded, the second one couldn't get there soon enough, but gave rave reviews for Keith, so I hired Keith and am not one bit unhappy with that decision.

carlos, rick, and team were great. efficient, professional. i got 10 quotes for my roof replacement and premier seemed to be the most reasonable/most bang for the buck. make sure that when you're comparing quotes, you're comparing apples to apples. for example, some contractor will quote you 1 layer of shingle removal, while another will quote 2 layers. the difference in 1 layer of removal can be $2,500. also, quotes can vary widely -- the difference between highest and lowest on my roof was approx $16K! anywho, i liked the Premier quote the most, they came and did the work efficiently. i am going to go up on the roof this weekend to make sure everything is good. let's see how this roof holds up

Vladimir is a very hardworking, dependable person. He has no issues changing things mid-project and works diligently to make it to where you're happy. He's always on time. I've hired him to reroof my garden shed and play house. He fixed my fence gate and removed wallpaper, painted, hung cabinetry and fixed a leaky toilet. I'll be hiring him again in the near future for another project. I highly recommend his services. Jameson will more than likely be your contact person. I can not recommend Christopher enough. He and his team did a fantastic job residing my house. I had damaged, old LP siding. Christopher and his team replaced the damaged panels, wrapped my house, put on HP lap siding, and painted it. The trim was perfect and they repainted the gutters. I got to pick my custom colors and he painted everything. I am so happy with how my house looks. Oh and he did it for $10,000 less than all other quotes. Same quality materials same skilled labor, just for less.
Christopher's quote was low pressure, he communicated clearly though email and his team was super friendly and nice.

Todd and Jim are the coolest roofers ever. I was on a tight schedule to get the roof leak repaired and they were truly a godsend. If you want your roof replaced / repaired you can call any roofer, but if you need a friend who is honest, works hard, and cares for your family & property and happens to know all about roofs, call Emerald State.
Winter 2020 the Seattle area was hit by storm after storm with Covid ongoing. Every roofer told me to wait 8 weeks, or replace the entire roof, or simply try someone else. Jim came over the next day and the crew completed the work a week later.
Jim is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He quickly identified the problem after flying the drone over my roof for a few minutes. He is super honest with all my options.
The day the crew came, we were just hit with another storm the night before, with fallen branches everywhere and 500,000 households lost their power. One crew member's house was hit by a fallen tree - but he made fixing my roof his priority.
BOTTOM LINE - I honestly believe this is the type of small business we need to all support. Honest, knowledgeable pros with integrity. Please please consider them before calling the top sponsored result on Google/Yelp. 5 stars but I'll give them all the stars in the universe if I could.

Miguel respinded to a roof leak. Came back next day and inspected roof and determined the roof needed replacent. Hied him to replace roof Miguel was very knowlegable why the roof needed replacent. During the whole job was quick to answer any questios I had. His crew worked very hard and completed the job in 2 days. It was a pleasure to work with Miguel. He and his crew did an excellent job. Several neighbors requesrd the name of his company. I am very pleased with the job they did. I would hire them again if needed.
