Retex Roofing did a fantastic job. Everyone involved with my roof replacement was professional and courteous. The work was done in the time frame I was told. The roof looks great and the price was fair. Trent is professional, timely, has great work ethic, and does great quality work. Every reno is going to have hitches - we are working with 4 different contractors, and every single job has had hitches. But Trent reasonably, efficiently, and effectively addresses every issue and ensures the customer is happy.
He redid our kitchen, it was a major job with walls coming down, counters being moved, new cabinetry being built, and wires/cables being moved. Excellent job!

Richard was easy to contact and always on time. He explained the materials and the process thoroughly. His crew showed up early and worked until dark. It rained while they were installing the roof, and they did an excellent job of tarping the house to avoid leaks. Our only complaint is that the crew left a mess on our screened porch, but Richard took care of it during our final walk through. It has rained since the roof was installed, and there are no leaks. Our new roof looks great!

It was awesome! He (Tristan) triple checked the measurements to be sure he ordered the right size material. He came by after the project started almost every day to check that things were moving, to be sure everything was being done right, answer any questions we had, and provide any information if there was any. He made recommendations and wasn't pushy or offended if we declined one style or another. He explained the "why's" of what was going on throughout the whole process. His proposal was thorough and precise. We would definitely hire Wiley & Sons again.

Our HOA required a soffit repair before we could sell our home. The soffit was 20 years old and as a hands-on homeowner looked easy to repair; however, after 3 attempts and no success I got lucky and connected with Ridgeline. After many attempts of trying to reach a roofing contractor online and by phone, Courtney at Ridgeline was a complete pleasure to work with. Most companies would only talk to me if I wanted a whole roof replacement. After our initial conversation, we communicated in text, within days the repair was made, and I received an invoice and paid online. Everything worked exceptionally smooth. Three years ago we had our entire roof replaced by a competitor - Sunshine, and everything was a challenge, window broken, didn't deliver as promised and we made them return to re-do the work. Tip - if you can I highly recommend getting a drone to inspect the work yourself and don't forget to check your attic before paying. I highly recommend Ridgeline at least for the customer service. I can't review an entire roof but wish we had worked with them three years ago.
