Getting the news that your foundation needs repair is never the news you want. I was impressed from start to finish with Innovative Basement Authority. Ian Rude came out and went over the process of repairing my foundation and insulating my crawl space. He was able to get me on the schedule the next week.
Will and Orian showed up for my appointment on time and was able to complete the work in one day! They explained what they were doing and the products they were using and why. They were both very friendly and made, what could be a very stressful situation, less stressful.

I had a wonderful experience working with YRD Jockey! Christopher removed my old concrete steps and took the pieces away. It was done perfectly! Went over and above expected. Had many delays and date changes due to home renovations and Mill City very accommodating. Had an incident with rain overnight where a canopy collapsed with leaves staining sidewalk. Said it would be fine with sun removing them - never happened. Thought price was kind of high but overall very pleased with company. Workers polite and cleaned up nicely. I would hire again for other projects

Great! Highly recommend this team! Replace existing sidewalk and patio, steps and add-on to patio. From the initial phone calls/emails to inquire about their work, request an estimate, to the final completed project, Shawn, Crystal and crew made sure the process was smooth. We needed some guidance on making decisions for our final choices, and appreciated the suggestions and ideas provided. All along the way, they were complete professionals, yet friendly and courteous and helpful in answering questions and letting us know what was next in the process. During the construction, they were respectful of our surrounding property. The complete patio looks great and greatly improves the use of our existing space.

They came up with good plans to do exactly what I wanted. I had to stay in touch to keep the project going but they always got back to me promptly. They cleaned up after themselves and even completed additional projects, including repairing my steps. They did an excellent job with all of the work with custom fencing also.

The work that I required was completed as I requested, and billed at the rate that was bid. The work was done well and the resulting walls were completely rebuilt to original specs. The debris was cleaned up and hauled away, and the work space was left clean.

Custom Design Concrete / Jesse Sawyer removed a badly cracked and uneven, 40 yr old garage floor and and installed a new garage floor and apron.
Jesse and crew were a pleasure to work with and performed the job on date that worked for me.
Jesse was very straightforward on original estimate and potential problems that may exist.
Price was lower than most estimates I received.
Have passed along company info to several people and would recommend them to anyone who needs concrete work done.

Austin and his crew did a good job on our project. They resloped our front yard, put in new sod, and removed old rail road ties in our window well and replaced them with retaining wall pavers. He wasn't the cheapest bid, but he had good reviews and was communicative, and we're happy we went with his company. He was professional and got the job done quickly. We were happy and would recommend his services.
