I heard back right away when I sent a picture of the pest that was on my front porch. This brought me much peace of mind to know that I didn't have termites. The young man who came the next day checked my house and didn't find any evidence of termites. The cost was very affordable to this one income individual and I was very pleased about that as well.

Very professional! By phone and in my home. I have a fairly large and tall home. The outside inspection was from top to bottom. Once he was able to identify what they are there to take care of;they place what is needed and give thorough instructions about the last couple steps needed.
