I picked Cal Termite at random just to get another estimate after getting irritated with "the hard up sell" from someone else the day before. Scott came out quickly (when he said he would... not like the other guy!), did a more professional inspection and left me more educated and satisfied. The report was everything I needed to move to the next step. I already knew I had a problem: he explained what needed to be done and what didn't in order to get me what I wanted/needed now. I appreciated his knowledge and experience- he pointed out a couple items I wasn't aware of but he didn't push the issue. I was very surprised compared to the day before. Bottom line: clean, professional and top notch work done when he said it would. A+

They were great. We had our home tented. In fact there are only a couple of companies that do the actual tenting as the gas that is used is very dangerous and strictly controlled. You cannot hire the actual tenting company, they are hired by companies like ACME. ACME came out and gave us a bid that was 15% less than another quote I got and they were fantastic from soup to nuts in explaining what we had to do, how to do it and how long it would take. We gave them our house key the day before and my wife and I flew to Montana for a family baptism. When we came back it was all done.
Now on the back deck we have deck furniture and we noticed that a couple of the cushions had gotten stained with something from the tents. We could not get it off no matter what we tried. (honestly, we should have pushed the deck furniture close to the house so the tent wouldn't have come in contact with it.) At any rate we sent pics of the cushions to Marisa at ACME and a copy of the receipt showing what it cost to replace them and no questions asked they repaid us for them gladly.
I could not recommend them more.

This company is very thorough (they take photos of everything) in their inspection and assessment. I was given a comprehensive explanation of the scope of work (not a sales pitch) with no upselling. The inspection report, including photos, was emailed to me within hours. All of the work was completed in a timely manner, and I received the certificate of completion within 24 hours.

I was researching pest control companies to help locate what I suspected was a dead rodent. I had my handyman searching and called my own pest control company. Most said it was unlikely it would be found. Jennifer and Tito came the same day and worked diligently until they found the pest, a big opossum way under the house. They didnâ t charge if they didnâ t find it. They were awesome. Thank you Tito and Jennifer for your hard work and Elizabeth for your persistence.
