Hired to repair a water service leak on the homeowner’s side of the meter. Best solution was to replace the old galvanized pipe from the meter to the house completely with 1” Wirsbo. Estimate done same day I called. Work scheduled within a couple days and completed in one day. Everything explained completely. Excellent work.

Came home after a stressful day to no hot water and the heater shot. Looked on computer for local plumbers with good ratings and filled out a screen. Josh contacted me within a few minutes...polite , professional ,covered all my concerns. Called him Wed. ,8 p.m. He showed up early Friday with new water heater and parts, installed and gone in a few short hours ,cleaned up thouroughly, charged a fair price. Job well done!

My initial request was for dry well repair. My existing dry well once they excavated it turned out to be completely and obviously inadequate and had to be replaced. TCJ did great work putting in the new one and making sure it was the right size for my roof water. The project turned out to be more complex than anticipated and costing more because more hours were necessary. I’m not complaining though because I thought the costs in the end were reasonable given the work that needed doing. Everything was explained and I understood what needed to be done and why. They crafted and installed a catch basin that another contractor
said could not be done. Two subcontractors for the crane that delivered and placed the ring and the concrete work (because dry well oh so conveniently was located under the driveway) were also great.

Travis and his dad replaced old valves and fittings which were obscurely buried in the wall. He also fixed a slow-moving shower drain. There were some communication issues along the way, but "All's Well that Ends Well".

George was amazing! He installed some sheetrock in our bathroom. The next day he wasn't happy with how it looked and replaced the whole wall again. We had a PRV fail on our house unexpectedly and had almost no pressure. The entire house would literally shake if you opened a faucet or flushed the toilet. I called a ton of companies and couldn't get anything closer than a week out. Sky was the most reasonable timeframe, but they initially couldn't get an appointment for two days. However, Ash (super friendly lady who took my call) marked me as urgent, then called me back an hour later and got a plumber out the very same day! I received upates via text regarding the appointment and then information about the plumber who was coming to do the job - great communication. The plumber (Joel) was awesome. He explained what was going on, and noted that there was a better way to set it up than the last installer had done. He got it fixed up in no time at all and we have better pressure than ever PLUS a correctly installed pressure regulating system. Reasonable cost for the repair, super friendly and knowledgeable tech, highly recommend!!! Thanks for the accommodations and peace of mind Sky!

I hired Tyler to unplug the line to the septic tank. He had to go into a bush to get to the drain entrance which was very difficult. A day or so later it plugged again. It was Labor Day weekend and i called him thinking he would come on Tuesday after the holiday to see why it was still plugged. He came out on Sunday morning,of the holiday and went in again and unplugged the drain again. Tyler does great work and I wouldn't hesitate to refer him to anyone having issues with there plumbing. I can't thank him enough for coming back out on a holiday weekend at no charge. Thanks Tyler!
