Jim is a consummate professional who’s work ethic is more than extraordinary! Jim has no tolerance for mediocre performance or cutting corners. He’s insightful and does not miss a beat. He checks the work of his crewman and women. His crew members have immense respect for him. Jim provides constructive feedback in a positive manner. He comes up with ideas on a whim due to his extensive knowledge and experience. He also, shares his expertise with his crew to make sure that they are learning and producing quality work. Jim is a solution finder and a natural born leader. He is fair with his cost estimates. He knows how to correct poor workmanship to make it code compliant. He’s impeccable with his word! An Extremely personable man who, once again . He’s now a trusted friend. Projects consist of the rehabilitation of two different stair cases. Replacement and removal of a master bedroom door. Fine work!! Replacement of a fasciae board near roof. Replacement of two fences. Built a lovely dog house. Built a play pen for dogs. Refers out for others tasks, ex. garage door opener, hvac, plumbers, pest control, honest and knowledgeable electricians, to blacksmiths. Jim knows… I am going to have his crew remodel my outside fire place area! I’m very excited! If you are fortunate, you’ll likely hear him sing when he comes to inspect and brainstorm ideas.They’re a rare find. Gems! Thanks over and over x’s infinity

  We've been living in our custom-built home since 2006. When we had it built, we stuck with basic interior design knowing that in the future, especially with 2 kids growing up in it, that we would end up going through a remodeling phase. Well that phase arrived this year. Our kids are no longer little ones and are now teenagers. We figured we would start with their bedrooms, bath, and shower first. My wife began searching for remolding companies and she chose three that had good reviews to get quotes on. The first company came out. I mentioned what we wanted to remodel and they just ran through quick measurements jotting down some notes that were unreadable. I asked when we would get the estimate and they said that we had to go to their design center to pick out what we wanted and then they would write up a quote. Fair enough. So then Seek, Design, & Remodeling was up next. They came out, and before any measurements or walk throughs were made, we ended up having a meaningful conversation about life in general. It was a good conversation. After that, they began listening attentively to what we wanted remodeled. They started to draw out the rooms and take measurements. They jotted down very detailed notes of what we wanted as we walked through each room. I kept glancing at the notes and I was able to understand all that was written down. They explained what would be done during the remodeling process as we visited each room. Once the walk through and notes were completed, I asked when we would get an estimate. I was amazed to hear that they would have it in about two hours. I was skeptical at first, but true to their words, I had a very detailed estimate emailed to me. Everything was precisely written down and noted. I showed my wife the quote. She felt comfortable with it. She asked me how I felt about the process I just went through with Seek and I explained to her that all was good. I told her I didn’t think we would need to haven anyone else come out. Although I did reach out to the third company for good measure, it just felt right with Seek. We gave them a call and told them we were all in with the remodeling. Communication from that point on was fantastic! They explained what to expect through each phase of the remodeling. My wife and I are not interior designers and we were actually dreading going to a design center to select things for the remodel but Seek made it very easy to do. They visited us and brought along a paint swatch so that our kids could pick out the colors for their rooms. They told us where to go to pick out materials but at the same time we were showed pictures of previous builds and one stood out to me. I told him I wanted the exact shower design and tile in that picture. We didn’t have to visit a design center which made this part easy for us. Since they had just completed the build in the picture, they already knew what to order. They brought us the tile to see. Once we agreed on the materials and orders were made, we were given a timeline on when to expect the start of the remodel. The professionalism and craftsmanship of the workers that came out to do work on the remodel was great! We received daily visits from Seek to make sure all the remodeling was being done correctly. Customer service was fantastic! The end product surpassed our expectations! Our kids loved their new rooms. One thing as a homeowner, is that once we find a company that does great work we stick with that company. Seek, Design & Renovation is a company we will continue having come out for all our future remodeling. Next up will be our kitchen remodel and we will have no problem given them a call back to do that work! We would definitely recommend Seek, Design, & Renovation to all our friends, family, and you for all home remodeling projects. You will not be disappointed

  Eric and his team did a wonderful job adding onto our home. He took a large attic and turned it into a beautiful 2nd game room. Eric’s eye for the design and layout turned out better than I had imagined. His work is top notch, he expects quality and you get quality.   Amazing! From start to finish the project went smoothly. Tim quoted me what was best for me and didn’t try to upsell me above my needs. We replaced 7 windows and 2 doors. He communicated about lead times and followed through on what he said he would do. Tim and his crew showed up on time, were professional and cleaned up after themselves.   Diego is an amazing contractor. We initially met with him in April of 2020 and due to unforseen conditions we were unable to start the project until May 2021. He was incredibly patient with us and worked with us the entire time. We did a full remodel of the interior of the house (knocked down walls, remodeled the kitchen & bathrooms, new flooring throughout the first floor, removal of popcorn ceilings & painting throughout the home, interior door replacement, custom closet built-ins, new insulation blown, and more) as well as on the exterior removed and replaced the back patio and driveway, updated the front porch & balcony porch, and replaced the fence. The house tuned out better than expected. I would recommend as well as hire Diego again

  This is the second time we have worked with Eric and both times our experience has been excellent. After the winter storm, we had extensive damage to the house. Eric and his team promptly started work and stayed in communication through the repair. When we had one of the repairs not up to our satisfaction, Eric made sure to work on it until it was brought up to our expectations. We would recommend Eric for any restoration or renovation jobs!
