  Quality is indeed an appropriate name for this company. They put up the fence in two days. The guys were very respectful of my property, and the construction was top notch. I have a 38yr old Japanese maple that is along the fence line and has large intrusive roots. They were able to keep this beautiful tree safe; I really am impressed by that. From tear off to install, everything went very smoothly. Custom has great field management and they are quick to address any issues that typically arise when a job is in production.   Great job as before. Crew came out, checked out potential problem and provided estimate. Problem was tear/leak in plastic sheeting under shingles in roof juncture that led to water leaking through roof & porch suffit/overhang and down entry side wall, yet another crappy job of house building by H.H. Hunt, much like other areas in roof or the absolute cheap/crappy HVAC/AC system that already had failures...but enough about them & the likes of Ryan Homes or similar spotty builders... Pyramid crew then returned about week later to do the work. They peeled shingles, installed new plastic sheeting & tar in appropriate areas, then reshingled. Leak is gone

  I had a leak in my laundry room, and had SlopePro come by to look at it. I was worried that they would try to pressure me into some huge purchase like other roofing companies, but that wasn’t the case. When they arrived, the found where the leak was, explained everything to me, and simply replaced a pipe boot. There was no high pressure sales tactics, they literally just fixed the leak. Not too long after, a huge storm blew off a few of my shingles. They came out again and WOW. Their knowledge of the industry is unparalleled. They handled everything for me, were always available for questions, provided top notch work, and I have a brand new roof that I can trust was done RIGHT (covered by insurance). These guys and gals are truly the most honest, transparent and professional people you could ever ask for when making roofing decisions. Not only that, but they are actual roofing experts, unlike other companies who are just salespeople with ladders. I can’t say enough, HIRE SLOPEPRO!! 10/1
