  Artisan Quality Roofing was a great company to work with to have my roof replaced. They were honest and upfront about how much it would cost and if they had to replace any rotted sheets of plywood how much it would cost per sheet to replace. The person who came and gave me the quote, office staff, and roofers were very professional and polite. The crew who replaced my roof did a full tear off and replacement and left no trash on my property, not even one stray roofing nail. The materials they used are high quality materials. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have their roof replaced or repaired.

  We originally contacted James to help us widen our bathroom door to allow for wheel chair access. We have limited space, so it was a bit of a puzzler. After considering options James came up with the idea of a barn door. This allowed us to widen the door enough for access, and also do minor upgrades without breaking the bank!   Jeremy is very friendly, but that is about it after that there was no contact. We signed the contract for work to be done on 6-15-16 for work to be done not started until 8-09-16. In between there was no contact from them, my wife would call for updates otherwise there was nothing. Installation crew was wonderful came went about there work and got it done except for one piece which they put on about a week later. Power exhaust fan is anything but it barely runs and really is a waste of 350.00. People in the office were not very friendly or helpful. Bottom line if you don't care when it gets done and you don't care if the company does not communicate with you about your job then they your company but if you want communication and get the job done promptly go somewhere else

  They did an excellent job and did quicker than we thought they were going to. It had to be done in between the rain days, and when they arrived the shingles hadn't arrived yet. They started stripping the old ones off and the truck had arrived with the new ones. They put them on and got it done by sunset the same day! They also fixed some siding for me and replaced a vent cover. The roof looks great! I would recommend them
