    Sonic resells AT&T U-Verse services at a fraction of the price. The installer was from AT&T. They were very professional. Working with Sonic requires some patience, because they are swamped with business. Persistence and patience pays off in the end.

    The internet connection is pretty fast. It is good. I am very pleased. They are consistent, very few outages. I have had them for over 10 years now because I had been using the other major cable companies and their names have changed, but still be other cable companies because they were all available and their service stunk and their outages are almost too frequent so when Astound put in its cable system and offered their services and I signed up for them and it was about 10 years ago. I have less concern simply because the service is good. The quality of the staff is good and I just like working with them. I never cared for the other company because they were just whenever there was a problem so what these people give it to them. The channels are pretty good. I would continue to use them

    I got tired of paying $12 for basic phone service plus another $14 in fees and taxes, when I use my cell phone almost exclusively for personal and business calls, so I gave up my landline. Then I realized that I had underestimated the amount of time I spent on hold and dealing with help desks, technical assistance, banks, Microsoft, etc. I was really racking up the minutes, but upgrading my cell phone plan to an unlimited option was not in my budget, so I looked in VOIP options. Intelafone had the best price,with no contract, and a rep for good customer service. I called them with a bunch of questions; I just couldn't believe I could get a residential line with unlimited any time calling for $11.25 a month! (That?s less than half the difference in cost between my basic cell phone plan and my cell carrier?s unlimited plan--with calling time restrictions!) I've called Intelafone customer support twice. Both times I received fast, friendly, helpful customer service from a guy who was thoroughly familiar with the ins and outs of VOIP. Intelafone is everything it promises, easy installation (I just plugged it into my router!) and has worked flawlessly. No one I've spoken with on the Intelafone system has made any comments about volume, clarity, or interference, and on my end, calls sound no different from my old landline. The only difference is the price, and superb customer service. PLUS Intelafone doesn't nickel and dime you for each feature. With Intelafone, caller ID, call waiting, three way calling, call forwarding to cell phone, caller ID blocking, voicemail to email, digital outbound faxing, etc. are included in the base price, AND I get text messages from Intelafone whenever a voice mail message is left in my voice mailbox.     The one thing I really like about Comast is the telephone technical support is really really good. They are knowledgeable and patient and will keep trying till they solve the problem, or research it and call you back. They will even help with configuring your own equipment to be compatible with theirs

    Initially, I was skeptical because Sonic did not respond to me in the time they said they would on their website. I heard nothing, but then ATand T showed up to check on the phone line into our new home to make sure it was active. They said Sonic ordered this- but still I had heard nothing from them. When I called customer service, they seemed surprised that I hadn't been contacted. When a representative called back, they said it would be another 2 weeks until someone could hook me up! Since I have had Sonic; however, I have been extremely pleased. We have very fast internet, can stream live with not interruption- plus I have a landline with many features at no extra cost. I love their service now. It was just getting them set up that was a difficult

    I am blown with how responsive they are and how much better the service is. I have been very impressed with their customer service. If anything goes wrong, it gets fixed pretty quickly. If I say I do run a business out of the house, and I don't have a business account with them, but it all works really well. So far so good, knock on wood. I live in a county part and I kind of get the service last by all these service providers. They are punctual. They have done a lot of good training with their folks
