I hired them to replace my thermostat old model. They suggested to replace all the old cable between thermostat and A/C unit. Also they tuned up the unit, verified all the duct pipes under the house and setup the smart features on the new thermostat. They installed the new cable quick and clean.

Joe Nance and his crew were efficient and courteous. He quoted me a price which was much less than a current big name competitor, for a high quality and cost effective unit. They were able to come out within a few days of our initial meeting to do the tear out and install. The entire job only took a few hours, they tested the system to make sure everything was working properly, cleaned up the area and were on their way. I cannot speak on the quality of the work performed (as I had the new AC unit installed on 4/22/21) and last night was the first time we used it 4/28/21. It worked fine last night and without any problems.Mr. Elliot and his crew were on time and finished in about 4 hours ( which is less time that he stated it would take. So far I am satisfied but I wonâ t know what my final evaluation will be until it becomes time to have it serviced and repaired, at that time I will leave a detailed review......J Gray

Excellent service and price. I got quotes from four different companies to replace split AC/furnace units for both the main and upper levels of my home. Absolute Comfort gave me the best price with experienced technicians to do the work using the reliable equipment (Trane) I was looking to have installed. I appreciated being given a good range of cost options to chose from. The service technicians were courteous and very professional. They took great care when doing the heavy inside work to not mark up our new hardwood floors. The work was completed quickly and efficiently on schedule, and they provided great explanation of operations. I would definitely recommend Shawn and his team.

I thought the service call price should have been adjusted since I had them do the repair. Another company contacted me and told me what the cost of the service call was upfront, and then told me it would be waived if they did the work. I expected that with any company but they charged me full price.
