    The whole process with Custom Refacing was great. We got three bids and theirs was the most thoughtful and comprehensive by far. They really listened to us and their bid reflected their understanding of what we wanted. This carried through to the measurement phase and then to the installation phase. Communication was excellent the entire time. They were very patient in answering our questions and were able to explain our choices in ways that made sense to us. The installation took four days. Each day they arrived on time, worked steadily all day and cleaned up before they left so that we could use the kitchen in the evening. Their planning was excellent and they were able to keep to their schedule. We were very impressed by the quality of the workmanship, the attention to detail, the teamwork they displayed and of course, the end result. On a project like this, there will always be some small issues to be dealt with. Custom Refacing took them all in stride. They completely exceeded our expectations. The kitchen is both beautiful and much more functional than it had been before the project. They are currently scheduling several months into the future but in our experience it was very much worth the wait. Custom Refacing provides a truly professional experience from start to finish.     My wife and I found B&R Hardwood and Tile on Angi when we were searching for consultative help on our recent kitchen remodel. Since the project was going to involve many different crafts we wanted guidance in our decision-making and help to coordinate all the different design elements and contractors. B&R had received very high recommendations on Angi and they sounded like a good fit for us. In addition, they were a local company (only a mile from our house). When we can, we prefer to support our local businesses. So, we made the phone call, and that's how it began. Kurt and Carol turned out to be exactly what we had hoped for: friendly, knowledgeable, highly experienced, low pressure, transparent, and filled with fresh ideas to make our project shine. They were extremely responsive and guided us through every single step of our project from beginning to end. Their subcontractor recommendations were spot on and either Kurt or Carol was always beside us to make the introductions to vendors, follow up on the work, assist with solving problems, ready with suggestions to add or subtract from the project. They worked hard to keep us within our budget. Kurt and Carol became our partners in renewing our kitchen. They never stopped checking with us until we were totally happy with the result.     Exceptionally well. I found both Kurt and Carol (Owners) to be very informative, punctual, responsible and responsive from pre-planning to completion. They select very competent sub-contractors and are immersed in the project all the way to completion. They were also very good at putting up "guard-rails", preventing me from making any design or construction errors. Beyond their excellence and consideration for their client, their pricing/cost was right on target and very reasonable. They started when promised and finished slightly ahead of schedule and kept me apprised of each day's schedule. This is the second remodeling project (Master bath remodel) they have completed for me with great satisfaction on my part. Sean was able to salvage much of the structure, make key repairs, and re-craft the bathroom extension to match the house (Victorian). Sean also did a full bathroom remodel.     This project took nine weeks just as projected. They were able to keep almost perfectly to the master day by day schedule. All trades staff and subs were professional and did high quality work. Electrician Mitch was excellent. Designer Ashley H. and project manager Steve were great communicators and visited the site often enough to keep progress on track and anticipate and head off problems, of which there were very few. I liked the flexibility offered by the company to get some savings-self painting and self purchase of sink, backsplash tile, disposer, and cabinet handles, so I could research quality and price. I chose Castle because they had experience and a focus on homes of my era and I was not disappointed! I had heard enough horror stories of projects gone wrong to go with perhaps a little higher cost remodeler that was excellent-money well spent to eliminate hassles. Comprehensive, detailed plans, detailed bid, great workers, on time= a happy homeowner here. I would highly recommend them for any kitchen project

    Excellent! Last fall Coty patched a couple of known leaks and gave me an estimate for future replacement. This winter, while renovating the 2nd floor we discovered previously unknown leaks, hidden behind drywall. I called Coty and told them I wanted to get started on the roofing project as soon as possible in the spring, since we had discovered the new leaks. I signed the contract and paid the retainer and was told that I was at the "top of the list" to get started once the winter weather ended. A few hours later Nick Coty called me and said that the weather forecast was going to be nice in the next few days, and would I like to have him start my job next week? YES! The crew was fantastic. They got the old roof off and the new one on the same day. The following day they finished cleaning the yard. (These short winter days don't give much time for doing outside work.) And on the third day my new gutter was installed. Questions were always answered quickly, calls returned promptly, and the crew was polite and courteous
