Jim painstakingly removed, cleaned and reset loose ceramic tiles. He saved us from having to replace the entire kitchen/family room floor. It was by necessity a dusty/dirty job, which Jim did cheerfully and for a very reasonable price. We would definitely hire him again.

Contacted Mike after waiting for the original plumber we called to cal back (never heard from him) . My daughter told us about My Guy had plumbed their bathroom. Mike told us he would be in Spokane on the 10th of March and that he could do a laundry room sink install in the afternoon. We sent him pictures of the old sink and the plumbing set up. He arrived as promised with all material in hand and within 4 hours he and his apprentice completed the job. The completed project was far better than we had ever hoped for. They did a total cleanup and removed the old concrete sink and did it all at a reasonable price. We would not hesitate to recommend Mike for any plumbing job.

I had them entirely replumb a worn down 1800s home and bring it up to code. Two full bathroom remodels, install sinks, in a very difficult layout. They not only finished a huge job in under a week, but weâ re super professional letting me know when they were coming and going, the status of the projects, and even very clean with all the demo. I must have called ten plumbers and finally the last was the best! Joe and Flavius worked together as a team, one under the house and one under the sink! They replaced a whole length of rotten pipe and replaced all the hardware under the sink - it was like artwork! This old house and this old lady are very pleased! I was treated with respect and I was very comfortable with both gentlemen. They gave me a good idea of what was going on before they started and showed me the piece they replaced. They cleaned up their mess like they hadn't even been there! This is the company I will recommend to my rural friends. They even gave me new sink stops! I got my money's worth. Thank you Five Star

I called late afternoon about a dishwasher issue and they were able to schedule for the following day! Lonny was the repairman and he was great. Even called to let me know when he would arrive - right on time. I have used Shaw for three other jobs (shower, tub faucet leak and water heater replacement) and every time the workers were great, work done with no further problems, and fairly priced. I had a leak that was leaking water into my basement and I was super afraid and I didnâ  t know who to call because plumbers are notoriously expensive and I am really broke I havenâ  t worked in a year because an accident Riley from Pace Plumbing came out found the leak fixed it and didnâ  t even charge me because he said it to him it was an easy fix to me it was like he moved a mountain. I hired Dwight to put in a road, and R.V. Pad at our property in Davenport. Dwight is very professional, and knowledgable in regards to his craft. The road was 800' long x 12' wide, with a 60' x 200' RV pad. We also had him add a On Site Septic System. The county recognizes Dwight as one of their preffered installers of OSS Systems There in Davenport, so it made the process run that much smoother with the county.
