They were efficient, expert, and courteous; I had contacted three services in all. One was out of business, one did not respond, and Nevarez (in Los Lunas) answered my request. I got only their estimate but I am sure their prices are fair. As other reviewers have said, they hauled everything away and cleaned it all up. Impressed! Thank you.

Hired Marco (Diversified Home Construction) to pull up some rotting floorboards in a upstairs bathroom. He repaired the floorboards, added a new flange to the pipe, added Pergo planks that I purchased to the bathroom floor, and repaired the sheet rock in the garage I pulled to see where the leak was coming from - which was the toilet. He did everything so fast and with quality in Jan 2020, it would have taken me forever. When it comes to framing, that is beyond me. I upgraded the toilet and dropped it on after Marco finished. Marco did an excellent job and a month later, everything looks great and is functioning well.

Absolutely Wonderful !! Mona and Kristie did a beautiful job staging our home in Albuquerque. We are now living in Alabama, so it was difficult to help market the house, but Mona got the job done and we had a solid offer within 24 hours ! They decorated the house exactly the way I wanted and the attention to detail was perfect ! I HIGHLY recommend their services. Hire them - You'll be glad you did ! First the company rep called to advise he would be here as scheduled. Max, arrived and listened intently to what I needed to have done as far as landscape & plants. In conversation I was telling Max, after he finishes I was going to add another irrigation line and French Drain. He offered to submit a bid to do the landscape, plants and do my labor of adding the irrigation line and French Drain. Max, requested an opportunity to send his plant expert to view the project. The next day Pablo, came in to offer his 25 plus years experience & knowledge. Both gentlemen were polite, knowledgeable, likeable and gave me convenience in mind to hire them even before I reviewed their bid proposal. May I add the work crew that came out on the job was a pleasure to have doing the work at my residence. The suggestions Pablo, made sure added real beauty to our landscape. Working with Chuck and Jose has been awesome. We started our journey by having a pool installed in our back yard by Leesure Pools. We then had a landscape architect draw plans for both back and front yard incorporating the pool. This allowed us to get landscaper quotes using the same drawing. Lifescapes Landscpaping was selected.
Working with Chuck and Jose yielded a great surprise. Chuck took our two dimensional drawings (that cost $800) and turned it into 3 dimensional PDF (at no cost to us before we even selected them). This sold us and we saw problems with the $800 paper design that we didn't see before.
The landscape elements that Chuck and Jose did are as follows:

Custom fencing with gates

This company did anything we threw at them and at a reasonable price. They stayed within budget and put features in that would have cost more. Jose was very patient with our design demands. Jose used pictures given to him of porch covers an pergolas to bring Chucks 3D drawings to life.
The results are everything we hoped for. Well done guys!!!

Hands down Poulin Design is the best remodeling company in Albuquerque. They did a remodel in our master bath and we are thrilled with the result.
