I have a temporary fence blocking off my backyard that I forgot to move so they didn't aerate the back yard the first time they came out. No big deal but they didn't inform me that they didn't do the backyard and still charged full price. I noticed when I took a walk and didn't see the dirt clumps. It was all fixed with a phone call though. If there's a problem with any of the visits you just call them up and they'll fix it (reapply treatment, aerate a spot they missed, that kind of stuff) for free. So far I'm happy with the service I can't wait to see the results after a few months. "
