The installation of the floor was excellent. Love the product. Disappointed with the finished work. The baseboards are a bit beat up. One broken. We were lead to believe from the salesperson that the baseboards would be caulked. That did not happen. Overall it looks good, but with a second look, it is a bit unfinished. ..Update 7/03...Loved the floor. Installation was excellent. Disappointed with the finish work on the baseboards. They were beat up a bit. One broken. Salesman promised caulking. They did not caulk. To there credit, on a follow up call I expressed my disappointment. They are coming back to make things better.

I had started to do the laminate flooring myself but with a bad back it was difficult. Josh was easy to work with so I decided to hire Footprints. The crew showed up on time and was very understanding. They had fixed a squeak in the floor and installed in one day and it looks great.

Hired them again! First the floor upstairs and they did so good we hired them for the flooring in our kitchen. Now we hired them to replace our countertops with Quartzite. It looks amazing! They had to remove our old countertop and they were able to do it without hurting the tile backsplash even though it was on multiple sides of the counter. I can't say what a relief that was. Our home is a totally different place. It was so scary to make so many changes but they put a team together to help.
