Premier was prompt to reach out after I completed an interest form. The process moved quickly from start to finish. The owner, Tom, came out to do the estimate. He’s been in the business for 30 years and was clearly knowledgeable about the industry. His assistant Dana had a quote to me within 30 minutes of his visit. The work was done well and done quickly (2 days for the first floor of our townhome). The workers kept the space clean and did a great job vacuuming the dust after. The floors themselves look phenomenal.
Overall, Premier has been extremely professional and pleasant to work with. The owner even scheduled an appointment to check on the floors to make sure they were up to his standards. Cannot recommend them enough!

The guys did a great job on the floors and trim work. they look great. when using their service, pay them in person. there accounting service billed me twice and is troubling my banking service. otherwise the project turned out beautiful.. i would use them again.

They were team players, each one knew how to do all of the jobs. They were honest (I had hidden some money that I had forgotten about they found it and gave it to me) they are also well mannered and very polite. They did an excellent job installing carpet in 4 units. They had to move a lot of furniture in the units and nothing was broken. I would recommend them to anyone and would hire them again.

Willie and his All Things New team did beautiful work for us on a large remodeling project (kitchen & bath) in 2017, so when we decided to do additional repairs and add a second-floor bathroom to our Fellâ s Point townhouse, he was our first choice. We were not present for most of the work period, and we knew we could trust him entirely â both to carry out the remodel and to supervise other professionals (e.g., a stonemason, electricians and plumbers) to do good work at a fair price, on time. The results exceeded our expectations. Willie brings formidable expertise and management skills to his work. He gave us excellent advice on design, and went far beyond his formal responsibilities (and the original contract) to create a beautiful and functional space at a price we could afford.

My living room, and hall look amazing. I hadn't painted in 12 years, and needed to paint my home immediately.

Mr. Jackson takes great pride in his work and it shows. He is a one-man team so the project takes time but he is very thorough and makes sure it is done right. He removed the cupping in my floors, then refinished the floor and they are now beautiful. He then took the time with me to choose a stain and matched the floor color to rest of the house.
