Paying for journeys on Transport for London is easier with Express Mode for Apple Pay. You no longer need to authenticate your payment with Face ID or Touch ID. Simply select a card for travel in Wallet. Then just tap your iPhone or Apple Watch on the yellow card reader and go.

Ways to pay.

Express Mode uses your default card automatically. If you prefer, you can select a different one for TfL journeys in the Wallet app. Just remember to always tap in and out with the same device. And keep your plastic cards separate from your Apple devices, so only your chosen payment method is charged.
