    Truth be told, snowstorms are my favorite type of weather to cover. Today I was on snow patrol outside the . It was less than ideal at times(heavy snow & 38mph winds) but worth it to witness a wicked storm. Hope everyone is staying safe tonight. Roads are pretty rough.

    The combination of temps in the teens and water hot enough to make this St. Louis manhole cover vibrate created a visual right out of Yellowstone today. But not enough of a temp. difference to create a snow-like mist downwind, just snowmelt.

    Haven’t seen numbers go down much! Will be an awfully cold night for those without electricity & heat. PLEASE check on neighbors, elderly, homeless & pets! Do NOT run generators in home, & nor run your car for long hours in a enclosed space… leads to carbon monoxide poisoning.

    JUST IN — One person is dead, and three others are in ‘super critical’ condition after an apparent tornado in Sawyerville, Alabama. Per Hale County EMA Director the storm flipped over a fish truck. 5 or 6 others have minor injuries.
