[10:15 AM Friday] A **Blizzard Warning** has been expanded west to the I-495/I-95 corridor in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Widespread snow accumulations of 18-24"+ are expected along with wind gusts of 40-60+ mph and visibilities of 1/4 mi or less.

The latest NAM holds with the snow max over Southeast MA and Cape Cod! #Blizzard Sandwich is the target for now. However, in my limited experience with these storms, I know they are always in for a last second surprise just like a hurricane. Stay tuned for live updates

ICYMI here's my latest idea regarding what to expect for snowfall totals. A bit more discussion can be found on the blog forecasterjack.com/2022/01/28/qui I do still think there will be at least one 3 - 4 foot total but I couldn't tell you quite where (SE #MAwx still most likely)

The latest AFD from @NWSBoston is one for the books. It has everything you need. Blizzard condition, insane snowfall rates, and even potential "eye-like features". New England is certainly in for one wicked storm.
