TIBCO Virtual Patent Marking

Certain patents issued by the United States Patent and Trademark Office and by patent offices of other jurisdictions read on certain TIBCO offerings.

This document contains a non-exhaustive list of such patents and offerings and is offered to satisfy the requirements of the virtual patent marking provisions under various jurisdictions, including those set forth under the America Invents Act ("AIA"). It is also intended to provide notice under 35 U.S.C. Section 287(a), as amended by Section 16 of AIA.
