♥ It is incredibly difficult being a novice editor on Wikipedia. The encyclopedia is an amazing and exciting project, but it can also be highly intimidating for new editors. Please be thoughtful and patient, and really try to stop and think for a moment before you revert someone else's hard work (this is as much a reminder to myself as it is a notice for others).

♥ I find it best to keep the WP:BITE guideline in mind.

♥ Please also always remember to "assume good faith."

♥ If you have any advice or comments you'd like to share with me, I am happy to discuss on my talk page.

♥ Many of us evidently care an awful lot about the integrity of this project, and if we just put a bit more emphasis on being patient with one another, I am confident that a lot of reverts, and tense interactions could be avoided.
