He ordered the cables and came back to install them when they came in. After he completed the repairs, he took the time to teach me things about the clock that I didn't know. It was greatly appreciated!!

They informed me that they had a service person available that afternoon and quoted me the price of $175.00 plus tax for a home service visit. Jerrod arrived in the afternoon as promised, quickly assessed the problem and cleaned and lubricated the mechanism, made adjustments to the clock timing and sequence and reassembled the clock. He spent close to two hours with disassembly, cleaning and lubricating and reassembly of the mechanisms and the clock face. His total charge was as quoted. Boyd's exceeded my expectations and lived up to my past experience with them in their store

- Boyd's ClocksI also highly recommend David Khaimov. I brought in a Schatz 400 day clock made in Germany before the end of WWII. It was a family heirloom that my father gave me and I wanted to get it working again. It took a month for David to get the clock working with precision. I didn't mind the wait; good things take time. In addition, he cleaned and polished the brass making it look brand new. When I brought it home he coached me over the phone to make sure I had the clock leveled properly so it would function well. I'm very thankful for David's efforts to not only fix the clock but to instruct me on the care of the clock. If you ever need a clock or watch repaired definitely go see David Khaimov
