  This is an UPDATED REVIEW. My original review was posted on 10/16/2020 with a F rating. After that, the company got in contact with my wife and I to offer the opportunity to correct our previous bad experience, they even offered a 10% discount off of the original price quoted. We accepted, made payment and services was performed on 11/19/2020. Christian and James both showed up, James personally apologized for the prior hiccups and assured we’d be satisfied. The Mold Remediation was done on 11/19 and Christian returned the next morning for some additional stain removal. We are satisfied with the service given and are even looking to rehire them to some work they recommended

  Went very well. After five days there were only a few ants. It has now been one week and no ants anywhere, except for a few dead ones. Makes me happy to be able to look in my kitchen sink and not see them, or in the bathroom sinks and even the tub! Note for cost below: 165.00 for first initial visit....100.00 every three months there after until you feel they are not needed anymore. I feel that this is a good price

My only <br /> complaint was that the weed spray is not an organic one.   My one rental house is in an area that is known for "water bugs" - those big ugly Oriental Cockroaches. Harmless, but gross. When we saw an increase in some bug activity, the service rep (John) took extra time to use additional treatments to control the problem and I was not charged any additional fee. The prices are very reasonable, the service quality is great and the company always communicates with me if they need to change my standard monthly appointment. For a small business, those are very important. I have so much faith in All American, that I recommended them to replace Terminix as our pest control company at my church. They are about half the price and are more thorough in the treatment - a real win-win for a church. I love this company!

  I had a carpenter doing some work at the garage exterior man door and he found what he thought was termites. I call their office for an inspection. Dwayne can out and verified that it was termites. They had caused minimal damage to the door frame. He created a plan for my home and a price. Over some discussion on price and what was to be done over a few days, I agreed to have the procedure done. <br /> They had two men come out and do the ground injections and bait stations were installed around the exterior of the home. A foam injection was also performed at the location in the garage wall where there was evidence where termites were working. All the work was done with knowledge and professionalism. The process took about two hours and everything was cleaned up when they left. <br /
