Recent Review: Excellent service from the first time I called. Gentleman came out to provide estimate, very informative and professional. I compared their quote with two other companies, Baker was a better product at a comparable price. Installers showed up on time as scheduled, removed old door and installed new one in about half a day. We are very happy with the new door, it looks great, and more importantly, it is an insulated door that has made a significant difference in the garage temperature as well as the comfort of the two bedrooms above the garage. I definitely recommend Baker, and actually one or our neighbors has since used them after seeing our new door.

Recent Review: After being thoroughly messed over by Sears install services, I searched Angie's List for someone who could install my garage door opener. I called Hershey Door Service and spoke to Nichole to schedule the install. She was very friendly and in no time I was all set. Just as promised, on the day of the install I received a phone call telling me the installer was due to arrive in 10 - 15 minutes. The installer was on time and got right to work. The entire install only took about 1 1/2 hours to complete, despite the fridge 8 degree temperature. I will receive a bill in the mail so I did not even have to worry about payment right then and there. The best part....all the necessary brackets etc. were included in the installation price and it was $120 less than what Sears was going to charge me! It was less than half of the Sears install price!!! Thanks for providing horrible customer service and saving me lot of money Sears install! And thanks to Hershey Door Service for providing great, professional customer service!!

Recent Review: (Our door is a basic "contractor quality" model that the home builder had selected.) Shank Door did not inform us that any fees would be due at the time the technician showed up; the technician informed me of that at the time he arrived. The technician did not have proper parts to make repairs to our damaged door - he stated that he would have to order replacement parts. After contacting the Shank Door Company home office the technician learned that our model door was discontinued, and a entire new door would be needed. We would actually need two doors if we wanted both garage doors to match. I was not ready to commit to replacing both doors. Since the technician was unable to make any repairs, combined with the fact that we had not been notified of the fee schedules prior to the technician arriving, no fees were charged and the technician departed. As of November 2015 the door remains unrepaired. I am still thinking about what and how the door is going to be repaired - not replaced. I wish that Shank Door Company had done a better job of communicating their policies and fee schedules before the technician arrived.

Recent Review: Andy and Kyle were on time, completed the job and left the area clean with no debris. Jared was great in helping with appropriate door and providing timely estimate and overall updates on job. Bonus: they loved my new boxer puppy!!

Recent Review: We are really happy with our beautiful new front doors and the work that ShreveCo’s employees, Kevin, Larry and Greg did. Randy at ShreveCo helped us decide the type of door to purchase and even the color! He wrote a contract for the materials and labor that we reviewed and signed. It did take some time arranging appointments and then for the doors at HMI, a Philadelphia company, to be built and spray painted. Because we have an almost 100 year old Craftsman bungalow, we had to have a custom front door made. Home Depot, etc. didn’t have the size nor style of dental molding (none) that we needed. HMI made a highly insulated fiberglass door with wood graining, 6 lights and no dental molding. Our back door was a standard size. We went with a wood grained steel door that was vertically half window. Both doors came pre-hung. Randy recommended that we purchase a standard Andersen storm door for the back and then he would install it. The Andersen order took longer than expected to arrive, pushing back the installation date. But ShreveCo was ok with that and even picked up the storm door for us. Our old house door openings were not square so a bit of extra measuring and custom trim sizing was needed, all done accurately and professionally. Its wonderful that our new doors are all airtight and open and close easily. The men moved the doorbell location and threaded a bell wire for us. The new doorbell button required a larger bore hole so Greg carefully made it larger. That was going the extra mile. The three men who worked on our house couldn’t have been nicer and more professional and I felt safe with them in the house. They were industrious and their work was thorough. If either my husband or I had questions they were happy to answer them. The job site was left clean and neat at the end of each day. While the time estimate was 2 days, it took ½ day longer mainly because of the extra work needed to fit our wonky door openings.

Recent Review: We needed a lot of work done around our house, rear porch, and pool house. The project was to replace all siding on our house and pool house, replace the screens on our back porch, replace the screen doors on the porch, replace all soffit and gutters as well as add siding/ soffit to the ceiling of the front and rear porch, replace shutters around the windows, replace 3 sliding glass doors, and rebuild part of the back porch. Luke not only offered a quote, and completed the project, but we were thrilled with how he offered suggestions throughout the project in terms of styles, colors, and changes that might make the project better. In order to complete the porch ceiling where we spend a lot of time throughout the spring, summer and fall, he suggested a pattern for the ceiling to go along with new lighting. Luke accommodated changes we made as well. In the second week of the project, Luke allowed for a major change so that we could install 3 new sliding glass doors. I was surprised and glad that he was willing to add that and not create a separate work order and wait to come back and finish that part of the project. Be aware that Luke Martin is busy. Luke was already booked for several months when I called him to quote a price on the project. I have to admit, that is in part why I went with Luke. His reviews and the fact that he is in high demand caused me to trust that he would do reputable work. My experience after seeing his work confirmed my trust. Luke Martin does excellent work, but be prepared to wait. It is definitely worth the wait to get the kind of personalized service you get from Luke. Even with all the weather delays that occurred, Luke still completed my project in the time we agreed. For any exterior project I ever have in the future, I will call Luke Martin.

Recent Review: Over the years every time we have had storm damage to our siding, or soffit, or flashing we call Century Spouting. They are always friendly, helpful, fast, fairly priced, and do good work. They have done repair work around our exterior doors as well. I definitely highly recommend them.

Recent Review: The door I received was MUCH stronger than the previous door (now I have a steel door). The techs spent a lot of time ensuring that the door frame was square and did not rub anywhere on the frame. Then they put foam insulation around the frame to ensure it was air tight. One thing I have seen others do is use caulk sparingly. These techs used caulk that matched the door frame and used it liberally. When I thought they were done, they started bending aluminum to cover the exposed wood around the door. Everything matches in color and looks GREAT.

Recent Review: I live in an old home and the wooden trap door on the cellar was rotten and falling apart. A new cellar trap door needed to be built and installed. The day before the handyman was to come to build the door it rained and was to continue to rain through the next day. He called and told me that he measured the door and would build it at home and install it later the next week. He called later on and asked about my schedule and what would work for me regarding installation. The door is well built and he even repaired some of the wood around the trap door which had become loose. The final cost was less than the amount quoted. I would definitely recommend this company for service.

Recent Review: After having a fire late this year, the Miones offered me such fast and quick responses on getting everything repaired in my house. The house repairs look better then I could have ever imagined! I would absolutely recommend them to everybody for future home improvements.

Recent Review: My Baker Door experience was first-rate. My technician was Brian, and he went to great lengths to give me all of my options to repair/replace the garage door opener. I decided on repair, and Brian was able to make the repair for well under the initial estimate. The door works better than it ever has. A+ to Baker Door and Brian!

Recent Review: Our garage door stopped working recently. We found AIM garage doors through Angie's List. They responded quickly to our questions, arrived on time, and found out immediately what was wrong with the door and fixed it. Ron also fixed the lower door panel which was bent. Keypad which wasn't working was replaced. We are very pleased with the work they did.Very professional and courteous. Will hire them again and recommend them to anyone!

Recent Review: Choice had an excellent selection of good quality doors. Wayne was helpful and promptly came to our home, measured the door and provided an estimate. The work was done quickly and the quality of workmanship was excellent. We are very satisfied with our door. Three months after the installation we felt that the door needed an adjustment so that it would not close as quickly. It was a matter of preference as to how the door functions (not a mechanical or installation issue). We weren't sure how to make the adjustment. Choice was at our home to service another door and we asked them to check the storm door. Adjustments were made and the door shuts correctly. We will definitely continue to use Choice Windows.
