Recent Review: We went to the store to pick out our lock and order the service, which was easy to do, and they were very accommodating with our busy schedules. A very nice man came out to perform the service. He was polite and professional. The lock we had chosen didn't fit our door, so the guy told me what lock he would recommend. He was very helpful and I appreciated that he took the time to explain to me what lock I should use and why. The following week the lock had come in, he came back and installed it without any issues. Recent Review: It's working out fine. I had some problem with it to begin with. When they sent the pieces to me they had already batteries on them. I had to two keypad batteries and one keypad died within a few days when I set it up. The other keypad batteries died the following week but they did send me some new batteries to replace batteries. Anyhow, I had no problem with it.

Recent Review: Our request on the internet was answered almost immediately.The security consultant set up a convenient appt. to go over his services. He returned to complete the service promptly. His monitoring fees were less than we had been paying. He was very knowledgeable about the industry and let us know alll that was available and let us make a decision that was right for us.

Recent Review: The install crew was great, they worked for 2 days to install all of motion sensors and keypads to have a properly working alarm system. Our alarm has never been need, thankfully, but we've had many false alarms! The operators always respond quickly with a phone call & are very curteous.

Recent Review: Our new home had 15 locks that needed to be rekeyed. Tech showed up on time, gave me great advice on how to reduce 9 different keys to just 2, and even gave his personal recommendation on keypad locks (go with schlage!) for future reference. I changed my mind a couple times as we discussed my options and he remained patient with me throughout the process. Was never pushy in selling some newfangled lock or hardware and mindful of my security. Highly recommend.

Recent Review: Was recommended to Mr. Watson at Vero through a business aquaintance who had multiple systems installed by the company and was pleased with their service over the years. I called Vero and Mr. Watson came out to meet me. I explained to him my security concerns. He listened and then told me about my options. Our meeting was more an exchange of info and less of a sales pitch. The installation itself was a few days later and went smooth as described above.

Recent Review: I cannot speak highly enough of these employees. When one buys a home which has had several owners, there are always interesting twists! When I called the previous owners alarm company, they wanted $60 just to have an installer come out to assess the system and then were going to charge me almost $30 per month for monitoring the first year, assuming they didn't need to change anything. I had had my locks re-keyed by Mr. Lock and asked the locksmith about their security systems. He gave me a number and name to call, and Dave was able to come out 2 days later. When Dave came out to assess our old system, he called a supplier to confirm that the "box" was the one he was thinking of, which let him know he could still get codes for that system. However, the supplier did tell him that it hasn't been in use for quite a while. Dave was very willing to simply set up the system, and they would monitor it for $20 a month, a lifetime rate. I asked him the cost of a new system, and we walked through the system, what I wanted, etc. The plan was to reuse all current wiring, contacts, etc. I was quoted a rate of about $825 which included adding a "dominoe" keypad at the exterior to control a garage door. I decided to update the system, because of the ability of Mr Lock to make changes to our system from their offices, instead of having to come out for a service call, and realizing that it would eventually need to be done anyway. On the day of installation, Dave and a helper, John arrived at 9 AM and got straight to work. They first had to tone all the lines to figure out what went where, then needed to make it all work together. The original system had two keypads, one at the kitchen door, and one at the front door. Dave moved the keypad from the front door to the master bedroom (on the second floor), which in itself was a fair amount of work as the wires were on the farthest wall. Although it would have been easier for him to simply install the keypad next to our bed, he installed it at the entrance to the bedroom where I requested it to be. Moreover, he never groused or complained, even though he needed to go through two attics and 23 inches of freshly blown in insulation to make it happen. As it turned out, several of the old contacts were non-functioning and needed to be replaced, and we needed to add wireless parts to have the system perform as I wanted. This did increase the cost of the system to about $940, but these were changes I agreed to, so the additional cost was not a surprise. Although they had been at our home all day, without a break, Dave and John cleaned up afterwards, even vacuuming! And they took a fair amount of time to explain how to operate the system as well. I feel as though I have a brand new system, thoroughly up to date, at the least cost possible. Moreover, with my monthly fee remaining the same as long as I stay with Mr Lock, I can't lose!
