When he was finished, I felt I had a full understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of the house.     We were pleasantly surprised by our encounter with Pest All. We had another company treat (dust) a wasp nest where our chimney and roof come together. Three days after the treatment we saw wasps flying under a shingle and under the roof cap. We called that company to come back - set a date, and they were a no-show/no call. I called them again, left a voice mail, and they never returned it. I called Pest All and scheduled a review and estimate. By the date he arrived we hadn't seen wasps for two days. Jack said we should see them at the time of day he arrived because it was their active time. He said sometimes the dust takes a little time to work and the wasps we saw were likely trying to find another way into the nest by flying under the shingle and the chimney cap. We stood for several minutes and didn't see any wasps. Jack said the dust usually lasts for the season and the other company should have told us that fact (they didn't). I offered to pay him for his time and he declined. If/when the wasps return or we have other pest issues, Pest All will be the first place we call

I had birds in my walls and he and his brother did a fantastic job of bird proofing my house. Months later, no birds or noises have come from my walls. On top of the excellent service provided, Tyler is also an extremely friendly and kind person, making him great to work with. He was available the day I called him too, which was a huge plus for someone who has been traveling for work.     They set up the traps. What they put in the trap did nothing to get the raccoons. We put a can of tuna in the traps and we caught them. They didn't come til the next day to get the raccoons, one of which was a baby. They never checked the traps and said we were suppose to check them and call daily. If we didn't call they would charge us to come check the trap. If this were to happen again I would call another company

    Cory was very good and informative. We had a bad experience with a bat flying in our vaulted bedroom at 2:30am. A company came and removed it. After more review of companies I wanted to deal with I chose PROPESTMEN. Cory came when he said he would. He examined our home and determined we had a colony of about 30 bats living in our attic. He also saw signs of mice as well. This led to a discussion of having mice on occasion and determining that I should address mice as well as bats and Cory was the man to do this with. He strategically placed exterior bait stations for mice on the exterior of our home as well as in the basement and packets of mice pellets in the attic. He and his assistant/ associate came out another date to tighten up the house and provide the bats a path out of our house and no possibility of returning back in to the house. After a few weeks Cory came back to inspect the attics and found the mice had been eating the pellets in the packets in the attic as well as the blocks in the exterior bait stations. He determined the bats were gone and remove the tubes used to allow the bats to exit the house and not return, because they were no longer in the house. PROPESTMEN, specifically Cory has been very reliable and knowledgeable throughout this whole process. He has never hesitated to communicate with me either texting or calling to make an appt or let me know he was on his way; very professional. I am very pleased with the experience I have had and will continue to have with PROPESTMEN
