  TSA was quick to call and schedule an appointment with me. Paid $75 the first day (for them coming out to give the estimate). I’m not sure I was told about that cost beforehand, but maybe I didn’t remember. The guys that came were friendly and professional. He needed to order a part which arrived in a few days. Scheduled the appointment for the repair 2 days later. The washer was fixed and has been working well ever since! Every person I spoke to from this company was kind and they were flexible with appointment times which was great

  This was our first experience dealing with KAC Express. We chose them based on good reviews found around the web. Their online appointment form&nbsp; was easy to use and Trung Nguyen, the technician and owner himself, called within minutes. We were able to set up an appointment for Saturday at no extra cost. <br /> Our old Lennox a/c condenser unit had always been very loud and just seemed to be getting louder and louder each year. It kept waking up our one year old and with another one on the way soon, we thought that this was the right time to get a replacement. The truth is, we didn't shop around for prices so I wouldn't be able to say if we received the best deal. However, the price did seem better than prices quoted to us by a different company last year, which were also for lesser known brands. Trung was very patient explaining the options and didn't try to push for a sale or unnecessary upgrades. <br /> The crew from KAC Express returned later in the afternoon after picking up the units directly from the Trane distribution warehouse and worked continuously for around four hours in getting everything replaced. The technicians were extremely polite and professional, always asking for our approval before doing something. Trung hung around to chat afterwards and as promised, filled out and emailed me the warranty registration of the Trane unit an hour later. My wife and I find him to be very friendly and easy to get along with. Overall, we feel that the installation went very well and we couldn't be happier with how quiet it is when the a/c kicks in

  After getting a ridiculous quote for a dishwasher drain pump and the "intensive" labor, I was trying to figure out how much the pump REALLY cost. &nbsp;I looked up the part through your website and it was $50 less. &nbsp;I also read some comments that suggested it wasn't all that difficult to do on my own. &nbsp;Read some descriptions, even found a youtube video. &nbsp;I know I could have called for support, but I didn't need to! &nbsp; <br> <br>The other repair place treated me like I was a foolish woman and I wouldn't understand what was involved. &nbsp;On a scale of 1 (being easy) to 10 (being difficult), I'd say this was about a 3. &nbsp;I just replaced the pump this morning and it's working great. &nbsp;Took me about 25 minutes all by myself. &nbsp; <br> <br>This whole thing cost me less than $100 and those expects were going to charge me $320! &nbsp

  It went great! This was the fourth job Home Remedy has performed for us over the years and they continue to be Grade "A". They were prompt in responding to our initial inquiry, showed up on time to discuss the project and even suggested ways to make it better than we planned. After we agreed on service and cost (we are retired and on a budget) they showed up when they said they would and five days later we have a beautiful pergola! At the end of each day the crew left a clean worksite which the wife and I really appreciate! Revis and his crew finished the job right on time. We are very happy with the project and will not hesitate to call them for the next job when it comes up! Thanks guys

  We have called Steve several times over the years. We have an issue with our dishwasher and based on listening to my husband explain the problem, he assessed the problem over the phone without having to visit us. We think we will have to be buying a new dishwasher, but he did not waste his time or ours coming out to the house only to likely say - you need a new dishwasher because the cost to fix, you might as well buy a new one. We referred him to our neighbor who was also having a dishwasher problem, he came out and fixed it for a reasonable fee. So, consider this two reviews in one. His business card will remain at the top of our stack
