  Really impressed with the professionalism and quality of work. I noticed one Sunday evening that wasps were in my kitchen, which prompted me to walk around my house to find a wasp nest up near the second story of my house. I called multiple pest control companies and left messages with no response. It was truly a saving grace that George from Zoifia took my phone call and was even able to come the next day to take care of it. I had to work the next day, but George texted me upon arrival and provided me with updates. Everything was taken care of quickly and the price was very reasonable. Since then, I've contacted Zoifia for all of my pest issues. I've been impressed with service every time. Great local business that gets the job done and very friendly. I would highly recommend to call Zoifia for any pest issues you may have

  We had a rat infestation in our two-unit, side-by-side duplex starting in summer 2020. It took us a while to diagnose the problem, and it was more complicated because there were two different condo units to deal with. It turned out the old cast iron sewer line under the building had corroded and was therefore giving the rats open access to the building. We had to have it replaced, which was a complicated and lengthy process during the pandemic. Green Planet was excellent in helping us figure out the problem and remedy it. They sealed off the living areas from the basement and trapped while and after the sewer line was fixed until both units were completely rodent-free. Throughout the process they were responsive, easy to communicate with, holistic in their approach, and effective. Since then we haven't had any problems--not even mice, let alone rats. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to friends. We tried to handle it ourselves first and got nowhere--it's worth it to call in an expert like Green Planet

  Listen Up!!!!!! Hands down the best Pest Control/Exterminating company around! I am extremely petrified of mice. I have the semi annual plan and have been with this company for over 3 years. Pro-Tec is extremely professional, on time, I love the post card reminders and they are very affordable. Worth every penny. They also educate you on whatever is going on in your house so that you can take the proper steps to keep everything under control. It’s been years since I have seen anything ( I have a 3 family with a basement ). They are always available for any questions you may have or concerns. I have recommended them to family and friends.   Attic cleaning was fine. Very hot summer day. Julio did a good job. Julio and another person came back to block what they thought was the entry of the critters. When I asked if the work was guaranteed, I was told no; that a more thorough inspection would be needed at a higher price, which had not been previously divulged. In conclusion, the priceing for what was done was fine; I just expected some warranty that the problem was cured.

  It went great! Ben was the contact person and remained very communicative, professional and easy to work with. He came to examine the location of the squirrel in habitation, returned to put up traps and then returned on a few locations to check the traps. When deemed the location was void of any squirrels, removed traps and patched the hole in the fascia board to prevent from future inhabitants.   Originally, I had left a 2-star review because I was disappointed with the fact that the $800 mouse exclusion only covered from about eye-level and downward, when on the phone it was made to sound like it would cover higher areas as well, such as where walls met the roof. However, after hearing I was disappointed, they went WAY above and beyond anything I could have expected. Rich, their operations manager, handled it personally, and not just took care of all my rodent problems, he even helped with several tasks WAY outside of the scope of the job, like helping me figure out where a leak in my roof was coming from, and helping me remove and diagnose a structural problem in my family room. Amazing. I wish every company had customer service like that. Talk about going above and beyond
