  Wonderful! Jim was more than prompt in communicating with us and really felt it was important for us to be well educated on all types of locks for our purpose and the rationale behind each. We got quite the education simply and easily explained and were able to make an informed decision rapidly and chose the Schlage products. He performed all the needed work in about 5.5 hours, had to redrill several bolt openings, and his rates were more than fair. We were replacing some very low quality Kwik Set locks installed by a door company 7 years ago and some higher end Titan locks that we'd had for 20+ years. We wanted one key for everything and Jim made that happen with some tips on upgrading our security as well with different types of keys that are available. We highly recommend him and will use his services again if needed in the future

  I am so pleased with Wizard! If you ever have locksmith or Key needs you must try Wizard Safe and&nbsp; Locksmith in Clearwater on Hercules . Twice now I&nbsp; have given them &quot;problem&quot; keys and twice they delivered outstanding service,great price, with a smile-- like it was no big deal and they enjoyed the challenge !l. Once was duplication of a key for a scooter.. Its a specialty proprietary key ..&nbsp; I had already ask two locksmiths and they said no&nbsp; .. Wizard said &quot;no problem&quot;&nbsp; Today I gave them a key to a sliding glass door that is narrow at the top so its not the standard blank---and I wanted it stamped &quot;do not duplicate&quot; -- I had gone to another locksmith and they tried, could not do it.&nbsp;&nbsp; Wizard took the blank , shaved the side to narrow it and had a machine that stamps keys &quot;do not duplicate&quot; . 4 custom keys $ 11.24 with tax !   I had a bath remodel, but needed someone to install glass shower door. Door was purchased from Home Depot and Joe picked up the door and did the install. I knew of Joe from him doing many jobs for neighbors and everyone was very pleased. His installation charge was far less than Home Depot and he did a very good job. Will definitely use him on other projects in the future
