    Ohio Exteriors did a great job on our three season room and large deck. We're thrilled with the final product. We had to wait from April to Oct 2021 because services are in such high demand. We had originally contacted 5 companies to receive two quotes, and Ohio Exteriors had the better price for what we would get. (The other three companies were not even taking new jobs.) We experienced another delay because the manufacturer shipped windows that were the wrong size, but Ohio Exteriors handled it professionally and reinstalled the correct windows when they arrived about 6 weeks later. I appreciated their professional communication throughout the process. Overall, I would highly recommend and I would hire them again for a future outdoor project

    Overall the project went well. A lot of progress was made at the beginning, but things seemed to slow down toward the end. I'm not sure if that was a result of weather, staffing issues, inspections, or something else. We were generally pleased with the quality of workmanship. The field crew was punctual and friendly. We would have appreciated a little more communication during the construction about the work performed and timelines as well as regarding the various city inspections. Overall, I would recommend and would consider using this company again

    I didn’t know what to expect, since I’ve never had a project on my house anywhere close to this size. I’m used to piecemeal work with details I have to work out after the contractor leaves. Ohio Exteriors took care of everything from start to finish and the process was very smooth. The people are top notch, all questions answered and concerns addressed quickly and courteously. The sunroom itself is very high quality. There are so many prefabricated options but this one could change many opinions of what a sunroom looks and feels like. We had ours added on to the back of an existing dining room addition on a small cape cod. We already got good pass through light in our house because of the layout and now we have this very cool reveal as we had the previous window cut open into a doorway, so that the sunroom is just a natural part of the house. We can’t wait to put in the finishing touches (we opted to handle paint and flooring) and hang out in there all the time. We won’t be able to move for several years but desperately needed the extra space. We will definitely hire Ohio Exteriors again for additional exterior work we have planned

    I called Ohio Exteriors after getting the referral from Angi. Heather, the person who answers their phones and does their scheduling, was very responsive in calling to make the initial appointment. The estimator showed up on time for the appointment to discuss the project and look at the space where we wanted to add the sunporch (3 season vs. 4 season room). We discussed the project, the options, and he said he'd get the estimate to me right away. Three weeks later, I still hadn't seen anything nor heard from anyone. I called the office and left two messages on their voice mail but never got a response. We're now five weeks out and still nothing...no estimate, no phone call, no email...nothing. We understand the industry is booming right now and companies are very busy with long wait times for work to be completed for a variety of reasons. When the project consultant was here, he mentioned they do interior remodeling (even though their name is Ohio Exteriors), so I aksed if he was intersted in bidding to do all our baseboards, closet doors and interior doors in the three bedrooms, two bathrooms, hallway and hallway linen closet that make up our entire second floor and he said they were so busy that the interior job wasn't even big enough for them to quote. I understand companies are very busy, but to not communicate is less than professional. As professionals, I would hope and expect someone should at least have the courtesy to call and explain that an estimate will not be forthcoming and provide an explanation. Happily, we've found another company that was also an Angi referral that we are having do the project. Customer service is key

    We had a very good experience from start to finish. Max gave us all the information we needed. It took us some time to decide to move forward but we never felt pressured at all. Once we decided to move ahead the measurements were done very quickly and everything was ordered. It did take some time for windows to come in but Max prepared us for that and delays are consistent industry wide. We found the whole experience to be professional and the result is just what we hoped. The windows look fantastic and were expertly installed. You really do get what you pay for and this was no exception. We would highly recommend Sunspace to anyway looking for a new porch or to upgrade an existing one

    Ohio Exteriors was great from start to finish. They were easy to contact and their communication was spot on. Janice was the first person I talked to when calling and asking for an estimate. She was personable and professional. She told me the time span to expect. She kept to her word and front office communication was great. James came out to give an estimate. He was up front and honest. He knew what he was talking about and told me what to expect. James emailed me an estimate explaining what work was to be done and cost. When we decided to go with Ohio Exteriors, James came back out to make sure everyone was on the same page regarding the work to be done and the papers were signed for work. After I was put on the schedule, the communication was great. The lead worker, Derek was nice and communicated well. The entire crew was awesome and respectful of my property and did excellent work. When they took off the siding they discovered some additional wood rot and repair that was needed. They, again, had excellent communication and they were quick to fix the unexpected repairs that were needed. Ohio Exteriors did a wonderful job. The final product and repairs were all well done. I feel that they do work like they are working on their own property. All repairs were done and done right. The exterior of my sunporch looks great and has withstood some hard rains and weather since Ohio Exteriors completed the job. I would definitely recommend them. Thanks James and to all of your employees. This was a great experience in home repair from start to finish

    We had a very small entrance to our attic and a very tricky space that wouldn't support a traditional drop down ladder. We found an alternative ladder on line but weren't sure if it would work. We reached out to Flinn. He researched the ladder, the carpentry needed to be done, and even contacted the manufacturer to make sure he wasn't missing everything before doing the work. Him and his crew cleaned up well, were nice to our kids, and even let our dogs out when I went to work. We are very happy with the work

This involved installing a transom window, installing drywall, adding a closet, and painting.     I actually used the same company at two different houses.&nbsp; First, we had a mismatched backyard with different kinds of fencing already installed.&nbsp; We needed fencing to keep our small dogs in.&nbsp; The most cost-effective thing to do was to work with the fencing already in place.&nbsp; The guys added green vinyl-coated wire to a picket fence, continued a split-rail fence with more vinyl-coated wire fencing, and put two privacy gates and a privacy fence along the back of the property.&nbsp; I don't recall the total cost but it was over $2000. <br /> They cleaned up all their scraps and nails.&nbsp; They arranged for the utility companies to come mark the ground before digging.&nbsp; The quality of work was exceptional. <br /> About 4 months later, we decided to move.&nbsp; I wanted my fence installed prior to moving.&nbsp; It took me a little nagging, but the guys got it done.&nbsp; This time, instead of using the vinyl-coated wire, they built the picket fence with the wood slats a little closer together so the dogs can't get through.&nbsp; Once again, we have a quality built fence.&nbsp; This time the cost was only about $1200. <br /

    The estimate for the project was more than fair so I had Giant Factory Direct put a new cover over the front entrance to my house. <br /> They put in the footers for the posts, then returned in a couple of days to install the rest of the cover. &nbsp; <br /> The cover installed is a flat pan 8' 6&quot; x 13' 3&quot;. &nbsp;The &nbsp;weather was turning cold with some warm days. The installer came out, put up the cover even though it was cold outside. &nbsp;He did an excellent job. <br /> We have had several high wind warnings since it was installed and it is still in perfect condition. <br /> I would highly recommend this company, they consistently do a good job
