We started to see small signs that they might be returning a year later, and had Valiant out again to get rid of the problem. Both treatments worked well. This year, I called before we saw signs and set up the service as a precaution. Everyone at Valiant has been really nice, prompt, responsive and competent! I recommend them highly!     Rob did a great job on the house inspection. He is professional, punctual, and very responsive. Compared with other inspectors we had before, there are two things making his job outstanding. First, he took a good amount of time to check the house thoroughly (Probably 3-4 hours onsite). Second, his report was impressive. From major issues to minor issues, he provided detailed information with pictures for us to truly understand the house's condition. Overall, top notch job. Will definitely recommend him

    We had holes in our fascia board due to woodpeckers on the front and back of our house. Squirrels moved in and were enjoying life and damaging the wood even more. I contacted Budget Pest control. They scheduled an appointment for the same week. I met Alex. He and I walked around. I pointed out a few other damages (not sure from squirrels or other critters). Alex options to keep them out. I chose their "one way door". A wire box is placed where the animals enter, once they leave, they cannot get back in and they move on. Alex also mentioned our gutters. Our house has a very high, pitched roof. I hire a gutter cleaner each year to clean them out. Alex added a quote to install gutter guards, something I had been thinking about. Also, I asked for repair work to some of those other damaged areas mentioned above. We agreed on the project, pest removal via one way door, gutter guards, and damaged wood repair. I received an estimate in email the same day. Alex came out three times. First time to install the one-way doors and repair a couple holes. Second time with a helper to install the guards on our front and back porches and a third time to remove the one-way doors and complete the final set of gutter guards on our main roof. He is excellent to work with. The wood repair…you cannot tell there were holes in the fascia. Excellent work. The office was great to work with too . I saw our front gutter was bowed out (due to the lack of fascia board on the house, not Alex’s work). They relayed my concern. On Alex's second visit, he adjusted as best he could. The gutter looks better. We will likely need to mount a fascia board and rehang the gutter someday (it is just the way the porch was built). Everything looks great and through a few rains this week, the water is flowing. No more squirrels, no holes in our fascia and you cannot tell we had an issue at all. Great team.     On a Thursday night, we heard scratching within our wall. Unaware of the type of animal that may be attempting to seek refuge within our personal living quarters that continually let us acknowledge his presence, we arose the next morning and called Complete Pest Control Services. Sherry, who was working at the front desk, was professional and understanding of our situation. After a brief assessment of our immediate rodent concerns along with an understanding of our safety and health regarding the ongoing covid-19 pandemic, we were able to schedule an appointment. As the technician, Russ, entered our home, he wore the proper protective equipment such as a mask, gloves, and booties and even offered to show us his current vaccination card which we initially requested to ease our minds. Russ was able to listen attentively to our needs, perform a thorough evaluation of both our attic, our basement and our garage to implement a professional intervention plan. He began by entering our attic crawlspace and found no evidence of entry and agreed that it was likely a mouse may have entered our wall space through another point of entry and there was no alarm for concern during this isolated incident. He agreed to replace one upper attic screen upon further review, replaced both. Russ then went into our garage and also found no evidence of infestation. He offered treating the attic at the present time but was honest with us and recommended to just set out traps that can be bought and paid for at our local hardware store within our basement. When he left, we were pleased with his level of expertise, personable attitude and would definitely hire him again in the future if the need arises

    I have to admit, I was panicky when I placed the call. They were able to get here within a day or so, I was very impressed with the gentleman that came out to spray. He answered every question and reassured me that if I still saw anything after 2 weeks, they would come back out and spray at no cost to me. I decided on a quarterly contract this will be preventative and is also cost effective. I would give them an A+ and would recommend them to friends

    I called Witt after purchasing a home with signs of a potential mice & rat problem. The house is around 100 years old with a very narrow dirt crawlspace which had old rat traps and a rat carcass in addition to mouse droppings in closets. I had a different pest inspector come in who told me yup that's a rat and pointed out mice droppings inside the house . He put a few traps and called it a day. I was still worried after reading about rodent infestations and the importance of sealing a home to avoid intrusion. I contacted Witt and they were able to schedule me within a few days and sent the very lovely and knowledgeable Stan. I really can't say enough about how great Stan was. Not only did he do a thorough job evaluating the home for potential entry points (he even crawled into the scary looking crawlspace!) he was also extremely patient when answering all my questions. He closed up a small hole he saw with steel wool and gave me suggestions for remediating some larger structural openings that could be issues. He also assured me that the mice droppings were old and that he saw no evidence of recent mice activity. He then put rat snap traps and bait boxes in strategic locations ensuring they would not move (the other company didn't weigh the mice traps down so they've been blowing everywhere) . He just completed the process today so I cannot review whether it worked or not but with their 2 week follow-up and monthly preventive maintenance I have faith that if there is a rodent issue it will be remediated quickly.     After returning home from vacation the last week of July, while working outside, spotted several bees and after inspecting closely, noticed a hole where bees were entering at the corner of my house under the siding. Had tried using some spray from the store which I thought worked but about a week later, they were back and I decided it was time to call in the Bee Hunter. Jim answered when I called around 6 PM on a Wednesday and I explained the situation. He let me know he was all booked up and could come on either Friday or Saturday. Friday came and by late afternoon, I gave him a call just to make sure he hadn't forgotten about me and he said he didn't and said he would be out the next day and we text me later in the evening to give me an approximate time and sure enough I got a text. I then got a text the next morning giving me a better time and even got a text with a better time and then even one more when he was running a few minutes late. Once he got there, he and his assistant looked things over and even came inside to assess the situation and then he told me exactly what he would do and how much it would be which was around where I thought so I said to go ahead. Within 30 minutes, he had sprayed to bring them out and then fogged them inside and let me know to avoid the area for 24 hours and I should see the activity pretty much clear and be totally gone in a week but if I still am seeing them to give him a call. It's now been about 5 hours and I haven't seen any more bees around the are
