Ld constructionA friend had recommended LD Construction to us. We contacted Gustavo the owner and he came out to look at our project. We were not entirely sure what we wanted to do and he offered suggestions. After plans were drawn up and a price agreed on, work was scheduled. He showed up when he said he would and the project went smoothly. Gustavo was very accommodating as several times the design was changed or modified. The project went quick and the end resalt was beautiful. We really enjoyed working with Gustavo and plan on having LD Costruction come back this spring and summer for another project.- Ron C.

Vino General ContractingOne can be assured, when working with Carlos and his team at Wine Valley Construction, that a project will end up exactly as discussed before it starts. We find that to be both refreshing and rare in the construction industry. We found this to be the case when working with Carlos on either a quote/contract basis or on time and materials. For the former, projects came in as budgeted and for the latter, we never once had to question the integrity of invoices, neither time billed nor material cost. Wine Valley Construction always produced high quality of workmanship on all the projects they have undertaken for us; quality with which we were very pleased . Fantastic! In my 60 years of dealing with contractors I can without a doubt say TC Builder were by far the best experience I’ve had! From Toney’s professional quote to completed job. They showed up when they said they would (which is rare with workers these days) AND they finish on time! They cleaned up after working each day! I could go on an on, they were amazing. I highly recommend TC Builder. I had high expectations and Toney and his crew exceeded them!

Recent Review:
There was a an issue with missing parts to the relocating and install of our fireplace that prevented the job completion. I was told that once the correct items were available he would return to finish it and that it would be quick to finish. Once I informed him that the pieces are ready his response was that he is too busy to return and would let me know when he can return in about 2 months. It’s been a couple weeks and he didn’t respond the last email I sent regarding this. I have been very understanding and patient about it, but clearly he’s not coming back. Don’t pay him if the job has a delay to finish even if he knocks off $200 to be due after he will supposedly return.

Our roof and solar is installed buy them. The whole installation was pretty long and there were miscommunications along the way. But at the end it came out pretty good. I went up to the roof during and after their installation and see that they use good materials. We've only have the solar turned on for a little over a month but so far so good. We are producing good energy and we are getting credit back from PG&E. I will have to keep my eye on the energy bill for the next year and track how the solar will perform. Our sales rep was pretty thorough. We never got to meet him face-to-face and all communication with him was over email, phone, or web. But he did check in from time to time to see how the process went. And he also gave us a final online walkthrough to tell us about the installation and product warranty. Overall we do recommend Mega Power...."
