  Brian and his team did amazing work! We love our new bathroom and our lights. Brian was always very patient with us and gave great advice from design to fixture choices. We added on some things during the job and he was flexible and able to get done all we were hoping to do. We had a couple hiccups with Home Depot messing up our order, but other than that the remodel went smoothly. We plan on hiring BE builders again to remodel our kitchen and exterior

  I cannot say enough good things about Red Butte Construction. The owner, Bill, and I got off to a great start as we are both named Bill. Joking aside, it was rapidly evident that he understood what needed to happen and how the best way to accomplish our goals were. Not only was he knowledgeable about the ins and outs of navigating the permitting system, it was evident that he knew construction as well. Bill runs a very tight ship and does not like to fall off schedule. There were many weekends and holidays that I would stop by the house only to find him working on a project in order to maintain schedule. I would have to say that most of the delays were, in fact, caused by my wife and I failing to make design decisions in a timely fashion. Bill was also able to help us find various reputable vendors in order to pick out finishes and other items. As the project progressed, Bill also came up with many little designs within the house to make the space more live-able. The loan that I acquired was a little strange and confusing, however, Bill showed an amazing amount of patience working through the process and with the different inspections. Finally, as a true testament to his character, I can still call Bill months after our project is done and he quickly gets back to me. I would absolutely recommend him and will use him for future projects

  Excellent. I already had the material we wished to use which was T&G cedar for a garage and composite siding for house. We also had composite decking to install. Mr. Carver came over, gave a bid and showed up when he said he would and did the job quickly with great results. He asked questions to ensure things were done as we wanted and didn't make assumptions. He was one of the few that answered phone calls and did what he said he would do and on the dates he stated he could do them. When he did have any conflict he called to communicate the conflict and we worked out new schedules. I am very happy with the result and would hire him again fo

  Incredible. Chris did what no one else I looked for could—he repaired a very old garage that had been knocked off its footing By a big truck. Everyone else said they couldn’t fix it and would have to build a new one. When Chris started, I couldn’t open the electronic garage door and it was leaning so far that I couldn’t rebuild my gate that had had to be removed after the damage to the garage. Chris gave me a good rate and completed the project in a timely manner. Good thing, too, because the earthquake happened only days later. I think it might not have stood without the fortification that Chris did. I came home, found the cleanup spotless, and my two house doors that I had shown him for a future project already repaired. Chris is generous and a man of his word—a person I immediately knew I could trust. My experience with Chris and the quality of his worked have validated that trust

  We're extremely happy with the apartment built into our unfinished basement. Kami and Carlos have worked in the industry for years, but are finally starting out on their own. They know so many specialists and are great at coordinating everything you need; plumbers, electricians, framers, drywallers, and more. Their prices are comparable to less capable builders, and they're very good and keeping in touch about pricing and make sure to get your input before buying product or confirming any workers. They let me bring in my own design choices and a few pieces we wanted to use from a previous update like the sinks, cabinets, and some tile, and even worked with us on price by letting us do some of our own painting. If there were one thing that would have improved the project it would have been a clear design plan with blueprints that all the crew could work from together, but we were flexible and were able to be on-site and review every step of the build and make changes as they came up. I understand that updating and changing blueprints and getting approval of each change would extend deadlines by days, which is why our job was done in record time, and that was more important to us than the blueprints. We weren't micro-managers, and were fine to let Kami and Carlos run their crews and only call us in if there were any questions or decisions to be made.

  End result we have a beautiful home!! It took one full year to build and things could have gone smother if change requests had been used. We asked for them. Things went wrong by subs but he said he was on sight often enough. The building went over by three months,(which i've been told isn't bad). An overall cost list was not provided,which would have helped greatly. The home was built in Eureka which makes things difficult due to distance. It is beautiful tho!!!
