  I was searching for a contractor on line when I found Richard Rosser. I was a bit nervous because I knew nothing about him or any other contractor I searched up. <br /> I am thrilled to endorse his work and him as a person through Angie's List. I hope you can all benefit from my experience. <br /> Richard and his crew gave me a fair estimate for the work and a start date from the very beginning. The work was started on time and every day they worked, they were punctual and always left a clean work site before they left. I have 3 small children, and they were always aware of my kids and aware of their safety. Richard was always open to any questions or suggestions I had. He and his crew were VERY kind and accommodating to my requests. <br /> The city frequently was late with inspections. Richard always went straight down to the city to handle things rather than waiting for them to get back to him. He was very proactive and represented me well. <br /> He was extremely fair when unexpected work/cost came up due to city demands. <br /> The finished product is beautiful. I have many, many compliments on the work he and his crew have done. I have recommended him in the past and will continue to recommend him in the future. In fact, he has been back many times to do smaller jobs for me, and he is always here with a smile. <br /> <br /

  Ernie Grindle installed hardwood flooring in our living room, dining room and hallways. They came out beautiful! We found mr. Grindle to be highly professional and meticulous about the job. The job Was finished on time and he actually put all our furniture pieces back in place after the install. We would highly recommend him. We had him come back for the installation of new countertops and sinks in the kitchen and bathrooms. Once again, we were very Happy with his work and would absolutely recommend him for Any remodeling work to be done.

  Fantastic! Tom was great to work! I highly recommend him and his team. This was not an easy project but it was handled with the utmost of professionalism. They showed up when they said they would and it was completed on time, on our budget and needs. They always cleaned up everyday and were very respectful of our home. Tom did a great job communicating with us about the timeline and what to expect. All in all it was a great job done by everyone involved and we love the end result

  Scott is a man of his word, and was personally involved with the project. He independently made recommendations for improvement, he provided all requested warranty work without question. For example, when he was doing the siding someone mentioned one of the steps was seperating, and even though it was out of warranty, he fixed it anyway - I think highly of these guys
