Recent Review: Gary the owner came out himself and gave the free quote. He is a very nice guy and will talk to you about the work and other things. Once he came out he emailed me the quote to go over what we talked about. There was a little bit of confusion on his part. When we did the original quote it was also work to be done on the sidewalk and he thought it was just listed as the steps. He originally quoted the steps to the front porch and the sidewalk. When he started the work he was only going to do the steps and was not going to do the sidewalk. When I showed him the email that had the original quote and the description I said those steps to the front are not a sidewalk. The public area right here is not a sidewalk. I had to go to a meeting and stuff like that so I told him I had to go. I pointed out to him what the sidewalk was. Then he did the sidewalk and it was rushed and a little bit sloppy, but at least it was done.

Recent Review: Had a driveway installed at my home in Apr/May - 6"thick, wire mesh and rebar reinforced. The thing should have lasted forever if installed correctly. Less than one month after the install the driveway started cracking on the corners. After 2 months a crack formed across the entire width of the driveway and I'm up to 4 other cracks around the corners. A structural engineering buddy of mine stated that this is due to poor compaction. There is also a black coating and an alligator skin like pattern on the top of some of the concrete. I understand that this is from working the mix too much during the pour. The driveway was never sealed as stated in the contract. This is after 5 months and it should have been done within one month of completion. During the install, before the last pour (they poured 1/2 of the drive one day and the other 1/2 a couple weeks later due to the weather) I pointed out that the water drain was sloping the wrong way (away from the drain pipe). Thank God I found this. They would have poured the drain in the way it sat and I would have had a huge mess on my hands. They even tried telling me it was okay until I insisted that they simply add another outlet for the drain. I'm not the smartest guy in the world but I at least know water doesn't naturally flow uphill. I can't tell others what to do, but if I did this over again, I would have held the last payment until the driveway was sealed. That would have given the driveway time to settle and crack. Once Top Quality Concrete got the last check that was it. I'm still in contact with the owner but I just can't get him to come out and look at the defects in order to resolve this issue. I'm to the point now where I have contacted an attorney which will cost me even more money.

Recent Review: Frank was great to work with and did a outstanding job. He showed up exactly on the date and time he said he would and worked very hard in getting the entire job done in a very timely manner. The sidewalk looks fantastic and he even treated the concrete for weathering and cracking. Very professional and knows the trade very well. His specialty is smaller jobs for home residents ( driveways, sidewalks, patio's etc ). Give Frank a call you will not be disappointed especially with the price. Very competitive.!

Recent Review: Gino had a very detailed plan. He and his crew removed brick sidewalk and patio and replaced with concrete. Installed drain. The concrete was fashioned for proper drainage of rain. Cleaned up after. Looks great! Gino also fixed a gate while he was here. Highly recommend.
