  Jennifer and Jesse made the process extremely simple. Did my initial walk through with Jennifer to go over the job scope and point out repairs. She was able to give me a quote the next day, flexible timing on me picking out the paint colors and even came in a little under budget. Jesse's work is outstanding, he was able to fix all the small odds and ends along with the smoke damage. The inside looks like new. He also went a little above and beyond with some extra paint and did all of the doors for me as well. I had a very tight timetable and they completed the job on-time and even came back to do some minor touch-ups after my final walk through with Jennifer. I have worked with hundreds of contractors and have to say that my experience was great. They showed up on time, hit ever single spot and repair, also came in a little under budget. Very transparent process, I was given receipts for all materials and labor was agreed upon before work started. I highly recommend Lathian Painting Company, very reliable and dependable.

  We recently hired Residential Solutions to repaint the exterior of our home. There was extensive repair work needed to the wood and siding. Everything had to be sealed prior to painting. Craig Anderson's team of professionals did an absolutely fantastic job. He takes pride in his company and it was obvious in the service provided. Jose and his crew were efficient, worked quickly, and were very respectful of our home and our requests. The price was very reasonable. We've lived in this house since 1996 and it has NEVER LOOKED BETTER! I highly recommend Residential Solutions

  From the beginning communication from B&T was great. They made it feel like no hassle at all. They came to bid the house and in no time had a very reasonable price. When working everyone was very respectful and super professional. Not once did I feel like I was in bad hands. All in all I will use nobody else but B&T painting enhancements.   Fantastic! Lomonte P&R breathed new life into my house with an interior paint job and refinishing my kitchen cabinets! I'm typically a DIY type of guy but after seeing the work they did on my friends house and hearing all of the good things they had to say about Lomonte P&R, I gave them a shot. Best $ I have ever spent! They were very courteous, punctual and responsive. Extremely knowledgeable too. Even took time to offer a few ideas for a DIY project I had going on. Contractors can really be hit or miss. Lomonte P&R is a solid hit. I feel like I can trust them to do what they say they will and perform to my (high) expectations. Trust is a big deal to me.   My contact was Brad Shaw. He was professional, responsive, timely, a great communicator, and very detail oriented. The bid was very fair-not the most expensive by far, but also not the cheapest. Brad was very patient with me when I was trying to decide on a paint color. His crew painted the exterior of my home, including the trim. They also replaced all of my wood rot. When the job was done he did a walk around to ensure I was happy with the finished product. He was actually pickier then I, and found some areas needing touch up that I didn't even see. I would highly recommend using him and would myself hire him again
